It has changed my life. Am unable to lie on my back. Trying to sleep with piles of pillows to maintain position was impossible. I love the support of the mattress and the customizable upright position I can maintain all night.A good night's sleep is now mine! Thank you.

We ordered a queen size Nectar mattress and opted for the queen sized adjustable frame as well. Mattress arrived safe and sound and was exactly as expected - 5 stars there. BUT. The frame is an entirely different story. The frame is shipped as two parts, both are heavy, and for some reason the company insists on shipping both halves in the same box with thin tie wraps to hold the two pieces together inside the box and a set of larger straps holding the box itself together. The single box is very heavy and ours were utter disasters. Upon arrival the box is shredded, the internal tie wraps all broken, the hinge joints broken and bent, and the motor mounts completely out of alignment Nectar offers to ship another and suggests that we "...check with our sanitation department..." about disposing of the first train wreck. Second box arrives, same world class packing method and similar mess of a box. This time only SOME of the internal tie wraps are broken and only TWO of the hinge joints are bent. The motor mounts still do not line up so we spend another hour or more with a rat tail file until we can actually get the mounting hardware to fit. The remainder of the setup mostly proceeds as expected and eventually the bed frame is up and looking like a normal frame. The USB ports are crooked, but you can only expect so much. On first movement of the footer there is a loud BANG probably due to the bend hinge joint, but it only happens once so we are hopeful the entire thing does not go up in flames. To sum up: buy the mattress - it is as advertised and quite nice. DO NOT buy the queen size frame - go to a local bed dealer and get the frame delivered. Nectar and friends should really ship the two halves of the queen frame in separate boxes instead of one enormously heavy box. Would the so called White Glove service have helped? I cannot see how given the manner of packing and shipping the frame.

The only complaint I have is that you have to climb under the bed if you want to use the usb charger so that's a useless feature. Other than that, I love the frame. I love the options on the remote and I'm happy I chose this bed. The sheet set, on the other hand, is a joke. I've used them less than two weeks total and they shredded.

I was having back and neck pain. We decided to buy the Nectar Adjustable bed frame with 2 xl twin mattresses. I have been waking up feeling less neck and back pain. Love the massage, and remote control. Super easy to use. It works for us, firm but comfortable. I believe we made the right choice!

It functions well, but it's so loud. It makes a louder then normal motor sound then when you release the button, there's a loud clink sound. Not ideal for sharing a room with a partner. Also, 1 of our frames has spontaneously unpaired from the remote 3x in as many months

Downsizing from queen to twin xl was necessary because of a move, so I decided to treat myself to an extra nice adjustable frame. I am not disappointed. Easy set-up, great value for the money and while I miss the extra room, the adjustable frame and memory foam mattress are super comfortable for sleeping, reading and watching tv. I highly recommend the nectar adjustable bed frame!

Had a night when the remote would not work. Got no sleep that night. Called the 800 number the next day. In the meantime I figured out what to do to correct the problem. Got the call from nectar after I corrected the issue myself. Would have appreciated a call sooner

Our son is a multi-organ transplant recipient and now has cancer. He recently had to have his arm amputated to remove significant cancer tumors. Totally not knowing what to expect post amputation I bought two queen adjustable frames, one for our home and one for our daughter's house when he stays with her. The adjustments and vibrating mode make this the perfect bed for our son. The vibration helps significantly with the phantom pain. Long crazy story but we are all totally in love with this frame. Now I want one for our king bed but don't want the split king. The price was amazing but not a huge deciding factor and after everything our son has gone through we just want to make him as comfortable as possible. THANK YOU!!

Great comfort and pain relief for back problems. The adjustable frame is so nice I wish everyone could have one. Watching tv or working on my computer has been comfortable and easy after my spine surgery. It has made after surgery living much more livable. The zero gravity option is my favorite. I would recommend this bed with or without the adjustable frame. Setup is easy enough for one person, but it is very quick and easy with 2 people. The sheets were different than I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised, smooth feel and cool to the touch. I would have liked other color options.

Just like the title says it’s fine. I’ve had issues pairing it with the remote, it staying paired, and the frame not responding to the remote. I opted to get the frame that came with the mattress thinking it would be a better fit but now that I have it I keep thinking I should have just bought one for 50% less than this costs from a different retailer. It’s fine but it’s not what I was hoping for.
