The only complaint I have is that you have to climb under the bed if you want to use the usb charger so that's a useless feature. Other than that, I love the frame. I love the options on the remote and I'm happy I chose this bed. The sheet set, on the other hand, is a joke. I've used them less than two weeks total and they shredded.

I purchased two adjustable bed frames for my wife and I we found them to be extremely easy to put together no assembly required be on screwing the legs on and flipping it over. If you watch some of the assembly videos on YouTube if they're more than a one-year-old they're out of date. The new nectar adjustable mattresses frame require no real assembly no wiring no connecting cables everything was pre-assembled all of the components such as the electric Ram that move the bed were already there all you needed to do was put on the legs and flip it over

Recently purchased the adjustable frame to go along with my queen side nectar mattress. This upgraded my sleeping ten fold! So much fun going up and down, great when I need my legs lifted. The Zero gravity is my favorite to chill and watch TV in. Well worth the purchase!!

My husband loves it; I’m still getting used to it. It was straightforward to setup and works as expected, but is a little louder than I thought it would be. The remote is not intuitive and the M button seems not to be able to be set for a user’s “memory” settings, though the label and instructions would indicate otherwise. So, some technical issues but it goes up and down and my sweet husband’s dreams have come true.

I was so impressed with the quality of sleep I began enjoying with a nectar mattress purchase, I chose to purchase the adjustable bed frame as well. The best money ever spent, best sleep of my life, love all the adjustable features for foot and headrest, elevation, zero gravity, USB ports on both sides of the bed…It has it all! And so much less expensive than any other bedframe out there and by far the best quality of any other bedframe out there! If you are deliberating, take the plunge. You won’t regret it for a single moment.

Hybrid foam spring mattress with adjustable frame has Been great. Not sure if it was remote but bottom didn’t want to seem to move at first but then did after a couple more tries. Bed is super comfy. Sleep better in it than the “other brand” that was way more expensive. Very comfy and we both sleep great. Btw- I was scared about shipping and bad smell lasting long at first due to the many reviews I read- no bad smell for long at all- didn’t seem to last more than an hour or two and shipped quick. Easy set up.

Works well, delivery person was careless so the inside ‘ties’ were broken so it was a bear to move and put together. Would be 6 stars if it was possible to get headboard adapter - as the instruction booklet calls out as optional purchase but apparently is not an option. Disappointing but otherwise great.

I m still not happy with knowing that there are tears in my base and you offering a thirty dollar refund is kinda a slap in the face considering all you made me go through to get more and more pics even after I explained to you that I had my invalid husband coming home from the hospital within a few days and needed to be ready. I'm 55yrs old and not in the best health and tried to lift the mattress for more pics that you requested and hurt my back. Then I had to wait for my son in law to do it. Way too much to go through. I'm considering sending the whole thing back as soon as I have time to look for another bed.

This was my second adjustable frame from Nectar and this adjustable frame changed its USB port from the side of the frame (built in) to under the rim of the bed frame, which is very inconvenient. I loved the old model. I hate this one. Very disappointed.

For the price point, I was expecting to love it. It was uncomfortable for the first week and since then, it was just ok. I wake up often having to shift in bed to find a comfortable position. Also, the two twin beds don’t come with an attachment to keep the beds together. I contacted customer service and they were unresponsive.
