The adjustable frame is great however could use a lip on both sides to keep the mattress from sliding side to side. There is a bar at the bottom but that's it. Happy with the remote and presets. Not so happy with the massager. I have another power base by beauty rest that has Heavy Duty massage motors that actually do something. The ones on this 1500 dollar list frame aren't worth having. This is the same price I paid for my other power frame so no excuse at this price. I will say that it's a super heavy frame that isn't going to wear out anytime soon.

My back is so much improved after sleeping on my nectar mattress at zero gravity setting on the adjustable frame. No more stiffness in the am, and low pack pain is nearly gone! Love love love my bed! Having said that there are a few minor things I like to suggest for improvements. First, I wish the legs were metal instead of the heavy duty plastic. Second, the mattress seems to slide a few inches off the side of the bed during the night. Not sure if this is bc I sleep alone and mostly on one side, or if it’s the raising and lowering of the head that makes it shift. But maybe a small lip on the frame would keep the mattress in place. That’s my suggestion!

We've had our Nectar split king adjustable bed frame for close to 3 years now and at some point (about a year ago), the head on my side of the bed stopped laying all the way flat when lowered. It's not the end of the world or anything, but it does bug me that the two mattresses are different heights now because of the bed frame issue. For what we paid, I expected it to perform well for many years.

Would have given it 5 starts but we have only had it about 1 month and I had to unplug it 3 times to reset because the remotes would not work, Once i unplugged and replugged then the remotes worked. A bit of a headache doing this hopefully this is not a constant problem

Works great. Bed is very responsive to remote and to my phone as well. Only issue is the foot massage function can hardly be felt . Not sure if I have a bad motor or the way it sits under the bed but it's useless. Upper massage function works very well. Wish it had a few more options for the vibration pattern.

We have only had the adjustable frame for a short time but have not problem and love it. It works as it should and quietly. Having the usb on the side is a good option. It would be better if the USB was closer to the head of the frame and not in the middle and maybe on both sides. But is this a great frame and we are glad we purchased it.

This frame is amazing. Easy to set up and worked from the get go. We got two twins to fit in our King frame. We carried them up separately and installed before we got the mattress. The remote is wonderful and even has a flashlight. The buttons light up and turn off after use. The frame has to set buttons for relaxing (zero gravity) and one for watching TV if you'd rather not mess around. There's also a massage button for legs or back which is essentially vibrations but still nice to have. This frame is really awesome for the price and I wish we'd purchased this a long time ago.

I bought it a little over a year ago. About six months into it, the usb charger broke. (It was one reason that put me over the edge to buy the bed)I even purchased the warranty. I attempted to call and even emailed them to get the issue fixed. But still nothing. I guess a guarantee and a warranty are only as good as the company that gives them. Never again!

We are totally in love with our new adjustable bed and mattresses! We wake up refreshed like never before. We fall asleep so easily and sleep soundly the night through. We are greatful to have our new bed and mattresses. We wish we had done this year's ago. It's nice to wake up in the morning refreshed with energy to go through that day. I bought the adjustable sleep frame because I have lumbar pain and it’s worse when I wake up. I’m happy to say that after just the first night of sleeping in it I have no lumbar pain!! I love the messaging feature and go to sleep with it on.. This was the best purchase I have made in a long time!!
