After doing much research into the best mattress and adjustable base we decided to go with Nectar. We were so very excited to receive our mattress/base, that we wanted to get it set up as soon as it arrived...Welp, there was a slight a shipping delay ('tis the season--so no big deal)...but when we received our adjustable base, it came in a damaged box, with broken parts ( possibly no fault of Nectar)--But, it also came with pieces that appeared to be used, as well as an open/empty box inside the base .. ..(REALLY?) How very disappointing...BTW.. We got the mattress in a damaged box as well ..(sighs deeply)

I have had the Nectar bed and adjustable base for a few months now and I am extremely happy with the purchase. The base assembly was easy, and the mattress is very comfortable and does offer a bit of cooling relief. Love this and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you

Overall I really like the adjustable bed frame. It adjusts fast and quiet. The remote works well. I put the frame inside my previous frame so I could keep the head board. Two suggestions. The massage works fairly well but it is uneven. The head massager is on one side of the bed while the foot massager is on the other side. So one person in bed gets a nice head massage while the other person gets a nice foot massage. Why can't they be in the middle? The other is with the USB ports. I have yet to use them. They are placed about 40% of the way from the head. This is right where you get in/out of bed. So your could hit the cables with your feet. It would be better if the ports were more like 10% from the head.

The positions the frame can adjust to are very comfortable and easy to adjust to what you need. My only gripe is about the massage motors, they do work, but they are very loud and the Nectar mattress absorbs so much of the massaging vibrations, I can't really feel much of the vibrating. The loud vibrating noise of the motors makes it so the massage feature is more annoying than relaxing.

I had no idea what to expect out of a new mattress purchase. I wanted to be selective because I knew whatever I chose would be with me for years and years. I’ve heard amazing things about Nectar mattresses from the jump and so I decided to take the leap and I do not regret it one bit. As I was putting the mattress together (I bought the adjustable frame) I kept getting more and more impressed. When I laid on it I immediately knew I made the right decision. Sleep has been amazing and this mattress is now stuck with me for a lifetime. Oh and the vibrating (massaging) bed frame is a bonus!

This be is absolutely AMAZING!!! Not sure why I waited so long to purchase one but I sure am glad that I finally did!! It was super easy to assemble (purchased a king size) because other then the legs on the frame everything else was already together!! Just unfold, attach the legs and set it up!! Easy peasy!!! The adjustments are super easy to operate and the comfort is beyond description!!! An absolutely perfect bed!!! What are you waiting for??? GO!! Go NOW!!! Click on the "submit order"!!! I've only had the bed for a week, but it's been great sleeping on it. I have issues on the adjustable frame, though. First, the packaging (or lack, thereof...) was horrible. Basically, 2 halves wrapped in cardboard and strapped together. No padding to protect the frame at all and it was just left outside with the mattress (at least the mattress was protected by a LOT of plastic wrap). With the frame, one corner had a big chunk broken (when put together, it ended up in the middle) and the control box (which was supposed to be mounted to the frame) was bouncing freely in the box. The screw that was supposed to hold the controller (screw, not screws....) was still in the frame, but when I went to re-attach the controller to the frame, the screw took off a chunk of particle board. I was able to attach it to the frame by screwing it in on the other side, but for the price of the frame, this should have been assembled and packaged much better. Time will tell how the rest of this frame holds up...

I had been sleeping on a very nice, upper end, air mattress for about 2.5 yrs.... lower back issues. I did a lot of research, and decided to go with Nectar, It did take me a while to adjust to my new bed, but I am loving it! All the features of an adjustable base are kinda fun, as well as relaxing. I invite my friends over to "take my new bed for 10 min test drive!" Oh, a word for the Boomer's out there... If you're old, you have old friends, who are probably in worse shape then you are. Rent a young person to move, and set it up for you. It will be worth it! I can only hope one of my neighbors has video! Myself, 60 bad back, My Sister, 63 bad knees, and my husband, 66 has Parkinson's, trying to get this huge box from the driveway to the house, and laughing so hard we were crying! Best laugh in years. Buy yourself a new Nectar, you deserve it!!!

I love my nectar. I brought the split king. My only problem is the mattress slide off from the side and if I knew that I would have brought the queen size. Other then that I have no problem with my bed. I love my nectar. You guys need to put some kind of adjustment on the sides of the split king to stop this from happening. Maybe a bar that adjusts up and down.

Very frustrating to receive the base and during putting it together you find out some of the wiring has different ends and will not connect to the control module. Also the instructions do not even show a separate module. This will be going back if I can ever get ahold of someone. I guess I'll let them deal with the credit card company!
