The Platform arrived on time and in perfect condition. The instructions clearly state that two people are required for assembly and it was a snap with the components of better quality than expected. The remote is very easy to use and understand. We've already recommend the nectar to several others. Thank You for exceeding our expectations!

The assembly was easy. It is easy to pair and easy to use. I give it a one star review because I do not like the way the bed bends when I raise either end. I do not use the massaging, but it feels like vibrations and is uncomfortable to my sensory issues.

I ordered an adjustable frame to go with my mattress, but it has been a horrible experience with the frame. The first shipment had obvious manufacturing defects preventingme from being able to assemble it, and the nectar team was sympathetic and great to work with for the return. The 2nd frame that was sent to me was missing a few things (required tag that should have been sewn to the frame, retaining bar to hold the mattress in place), so I requested a replacement part because without it, I cannot adjust the frame. That was a month ago. I have been following up to understand where my retaining bar is and have been told they will update me when it ships. It has been 3 days since my last email to them and they have not replied. So I will be returning the frame by the end of this week if they don't respond. I will not keep a frame that I cannot use, but paid extra for the ability to adjust the position. I loved their support at the beginning and I LOVE the mattress, but the frame has been a disaster. Save yourself the hassle and buy an adjustable base from a local vendor.

I LOVE my bed....I LOVE the zero gravity... and being able to raise both the head and the foot.... I LOVE the massage...I wake in the morning with energy!! My bones don't hurt and I sleep longer than two or three hours at a time... I feel so much better... Thank you so much for such a wonderful product!! I only gave it 4 stars because I thought it came with a USB charger and mine did not... and I do not really care,,, I just feel so much better!! (I am 68 with arthritis in my back and post polio syndrome ) This bed is simply heaven...

I researched adjustable beds for about 2 years. I really wanted one and my husband wasn’t sold on the idea. He’s a believer now. Set up was straight forward. My daughter and I did it while my husband was away on a fishing trip. The frame is HEAVY. We chose the split king. No regrets there. Love the zero gravity, the snore button, the flashlight in the remote. The mattress is comfortable and we are sleeping well. I recommend it to friends and family all the time.

Love the bed it was a 5 star but my Daughters and me has been sending stuff back and forth and getting no where bed isn’t working and it was for my Daughter Wendy and she’s been in so much pain. I had thought when I got ready for a bed I might get one of these but as of now I got seconds thought about it.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because the box the frame arrived in was torn open and looked like it had been through a war; and the control box which was supposed to be attached to the frame had come loose and had to be re-attached. Once we got it assembled and successfully paired the remote control, it worked fine. It's so handy to be able to raise and lower the head and feet, depending on whether I'm watching TV or sleeping.

I received the wrong pillows and was unable to provide the information requested. There are no tags on rhe pillows. In addition, one of the pillows arrived with no plastic covering. I do not know if this pillow was previously used or not. It certainly was not sterile, so I cannot use it due to Covid 19 concerns.

My husband and I enjoy watching TV and lounging using the adjustable bed. We do not use the massage feature and some of the settings are not so good. The Read setting is almost perpendicular and hugely uncomfortable. Really laughable how high and strait up it sits you. You think you will fold in half!!! The zero-gravity is also a let down. I had back surgery and I was hoping this setting would give me relief. I find it puts pressure on my buttocks and is not comfortable. The unit has been quiet and reliable. Be aware - if getting two twin xl mattresses to make one “king-size” mattress you will have a huge gap between the two mattresses. It is very hard for two people to snuggle in the middle. One person will get wedged between the mattresses.

There was a very strong odor when unpacked and took a couple weeks for it to resolve. It was left out by my garage so had to have friends help me get into the house, but love the frame, it was interesting to set up, but good directions, USB’s don’t work, but not a concern for me. Like the NASA suggested position.
