The adjustable frame works as advertised. It is very quite and moves smoothly. Massage feature is not super intense but adequate. The main issue was handling and maneuvering it during setup. It is bulky and platform pieces move while trying to place in position. The plastic ties that hold it in place either moved/slid or broke while moving it around. I would still recommend this product.

I bought this bed because I had a bed similar to this from a different company and loved it. I especially love the fact that I can adjust the bed to whatever position I wish. My only complaint would be the mattress. Although it starts out as very comfortable, it quickly develops a “well” or body indention. I suppose I could rotate the mattress, but they could also make a better mattress. Ii just put their mattress isn the guest room and put a regular spring mattress on the bed. Best of both worlds!

There were a few minor issues upon receiving the bed and attempting to put it together ourselves. We were able to put it together, but it took more than 1/2 hour stated. Parts were missing, screw holes were welded in at an angle (for attaching the legs), and 2 screw holes were stripped (for holding wires to under the bed). Once we got those errors corrected, the bed went together smoothly. Love the functionality of the bed. Only drawback of the bed itself, the vibrating feature is hard to control. Sometimes the remote won't shut it off. Unless you are over 5'7" you can't feel the feet. And it's very loud. Even with the issues we had/have, I would purchase another one of these frames. The functionality that we bought the frame for works perfectly. I love being able to raise the head to ready/crochet. One thing to note, if you have the Sleep Number mattress, the Anti-Snore function will turn off the responsive air setting on the bed. For 1/2 the price of the one from Sleep Number, I'd still get this one.

We have enjoyed the adjustable frame. They need to put the phone charger on both the right and left side of the twinXL. When you put the two frames side by side you are not able to access the charger outlet on one of the frames. Also adapters for existing head boards would be a nice accessory.

I had been saving for and contemplating a new bed for a few years. I hadn’t planned on going with an adjustable base. I am very pleased I did! I have TMJ, so I carry a lot of tension. The massage function is a nice feature to loosen the muscles a bit before I drift off.

I opted for the adjustable base when I ordered my new mattress. I’ve been very pleased with it. We love the massage feature, especially the multiple modes. Been very helpful as I tend to get reflux at night. The head elevation has been great to help deal with that.

This was a purchase we didn't know we needed until we tried out a few mattresses while going along to a few mattress stores with family, who was looking, not us. We checked into many brands. After many positive reviews we decided to go with the Nectar. We have not been disapointed since it arrived. It's so comfortable. The massage is an absolute must! We have both been sleeping so much better. My restless leg is easied with adjustments of the foot levels. My husband loves the quilted pillows. The sheets are so comfortable. The price makes it even better! We love our nectar!

I love my Nectar adjustable base! It has helped with my quality of sleep, shoulder pain, and I love setting up to read at night. We love the vibration/message feature and use it every night. This base was a faction of the price of other companies and we are glad we went with Nectar!

The assembly was easy. It is easy to pair and easy to use. I give it a one star review because I do not like the way the bed bends when I raise either end. I do not use the massaging, but it feels like vibrations and is uncomfortable to my sensory issues.

We love this bed. With a split king, my husband and I can independently adjust as needed. It's almost perfect. The only issue is the crack down the middle (because we're on 2 separate mattresses). The mattresses move around at night while we sleep so one of us usually ends up in the crack. Cuddling is also challenging - we end up squishing in on one side to avoid the crack. Which means we're smushed onto a twin. In general, this gives us exactly what we need - my husband has back issues and needs to prop up at night when needed. I like to sleep flat, in general. If the mattresses would stay together, this would be the perfect solution.
