I had a car accident about 3 years ago and ever since I haven’t been able to sleep in a bed. So for years I have only been able to sleep in a chair :( I started to have back pain and gained a lot of weight. I have been going to a doctor, chiropractor, and massage therapist every week sometimes even 2 times a week! I was told I should try an adjustable bed and frame! So I ordered the nectar frame and bed and it was surprisingly affordable and it been an adjustment but good for the long haul!

I’m not sure what it is, but the remote only works like 60% of the time. I like it when it works, but there are occasions where the remote just won’t transmit to the bed for a couple of days. A couple of days later it will start working again, then a couple of days after that it will stop. Overall, I really like it when it works, but just the times it doesn’t, it’s a little frustrating for the price.

I m still not happy with knowing that there are tears in my base and you offering a thirty dollar refund is kinda a slap in the face considering all you made me go through to get more and more pics even after I explained to you that I had my invalid husband coming home from the hospital within a few days and needed to be ready. I'm 55yrs old and not in the best health and tried to lift the mattress for more pics that you requested and hurt my back. Then I had to wait for my son in law to do it. Way too much to go through. I'm considering sending the whole thing back as soon as I have time to look for another bed.

I've only had the bed for a week, but it's been great sleeping on it. I have issues on the adjustable frame, though. First, the packaging (or lack, thereof...) was horrible. Basically, 2 halves wrapped in cardboard and strapped together. No padding to protect the frame at all and it was just left outside with the mattress (at least the mattress was protected by a LOT of plastic wrap). With the frame, one corner had a big chunk broken (when put together, it ended up in the middle) and the control box (which was supposed to be mounted to the frame) was bouncing freely in the box. The screw that was supposed to hold the controller (screw, not screws....) was still in the frame, but when I went to re-attach the controller to the frame, the screw took off a chunk of particle board. I was able to attach it to the frame by screwing it in on the other side, but for the price of the frame, this should have been assembled and packaged much better. Time will tell how the rest of this frame holds up...

There was a very strong odor when unpacked and took a couple weeks for it to resolve. It was left out by my garage so had to have friends help me get into the house, but love the frame, it was interesting to set up, but good directions, USB’s don’t work, but not a concern for me. Like the NASA suggested position.

I love my adjustable frame. One suggestion would be to change the size of the mattress retaining bar at the foot of the bed by adding 3 inches in height. My mattress has jumped the bar a few times in one week. It seems to walk it's way up and over the bar when the foot and head are elevated and the massage is on. I have had the bed 1 week and I have had to put the mattress back in place 4 times.

Two months into my new mattress I will say it is very soft and has eliminated my shoulder pain. Copper technology is good but I still have had a few nights of waking up warm from the mattress. Delivery and set up was very easy. Good product at a very reasonable price compared to there I researched.

The massager for the foot is insignificant. A light vibration is about it. For the head, much better. They are loud on the high setting. Noticed two rips in the material upon opening. Have my doubts how well made it is. Will consider if worth keeping.

We've had our nectar mattress for almost 4 years and we've loved it. So when we decided to upgrade to an adjustable frame, we had to get the nectar frame. We originally had the platform frame from nectar and it worked great. But the adjustable frame has been amazing for us. Makes watching TV or reading in bed so much better than just propping up pillows. The remote works great and we love the memory button to automatically adjust to our most used perfect position. It's height is adjustable with different feet options, so there's plenty of under the bed storage room. It had been a great addition to our nectar products we've had for years!

The frame and mattress are everything they claim it to be. Very comfortble. Howver I boubht the sheets and pillow covers which are so sheer and lightweiht they slip off the matress or pillow with any movement. The sheets need stronger elastic and more material under the matress to actually hold them in place.
