Very happy with my new Nectar bed and Frame! It is very heavy so make sure you have help setting it up and be certain where you want it before you let them go home! Study and functional. The only thing that I would change is making the vibrating mode last longer than 20 minutes. Highly recommend of you have back or hip pain. The anti gravity setting is epic!

The frame is pretty useful but does move a bit when elevated and you move around. The remote has a lot of buttons on it and it is hard to figure out which ones move just the head or foot sections in the dark. By the time you hit a button that you think is the right one, it is usually not and something else happens, like setting it to flat or raising it all up! The USB ports are in the middle of the side, so they will be easily hit as you get in and out of the bed... we decided to not take the chance, so we are not using them. Overall, the ability to raise the head and feet really does make sleeping easier and tends to help with snoring, so I think it was a good purchase. The things that sold us on it (USB ports, remote, etc.) ended up being features that are really not usable in real life. If the remote had a cover over all the extra buttons and the USB was located up near the head, it would have much better! I would recommend it for anyone who needs to have an adjustable base. Coupled with the excellent bed, we really like our Nectar bed! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Would have given it 5 starts but we have only had it about 1 month and I had to unplug it 3 times to reset because the remotes would not work, Once i unplugged and replugged then the remotes worked. A bit of a headache doing this hopefully this is not a constant problem

I was so excited to receive my new adjustable bed and with some help got it set up, just to have the freaking thing break. I had it a whole 3 days and it just stopped working. And forget trying to get help from nectar customer service. They are not helpful at all! Instead, I had to go through the warranty. I've been waiting this whole time to have someone come out and fix this stupid frame. Between the customer service at nectar and the warranty customer service, I honestly have to say don't waste your time. If you want an adjustable bed and better customer service, go elsewhere! I may have my bed fixed within a month.... If I'm lucky. That's months having a bed and it not working. Great use of my money... Not!

The order process was a breeze! The shipping was quick and setup was extremely easy! I love the adjustable frame! I get amazing nights sleep and highly recommend them to anyone! I also didn’t realize there is a massage setting but that was just an added bonus!

My wife and I never had a memory foam bed or an adjustable frame before, so this was quite a dive. After having it for 2 months or so, we don’t regret it at all. It took us a few days to get used to and now we are sleeping better than we ever have before. The adjustable frame is perfect for watching movies before bed and the zero gravity sleeping mode is great!

Took about 2 hours to setup with most of that time just figuring out what goes where. The hole for one of the bed posts was slightly out of lone but thankfully it still lined up enough to screw in. Settings have made a decent difference over a normal box frame or frame setup. One issue I guess would be the appearance of it - I think there should be a headboard attachment or add-on that you can easily buy and the bed itself sits up fairly high, also leaving open space under the bed (if you have a cat or dog that could sleep under the bed, this would get annoying). Possibly needs longer frame upholstery so that it is closed off more along the sides.

Bought this bed and frame for mother-in law who is now in assisted living situation with us. didnt want stigma of hospital bed so combined some rails and this works great. I try to sneak a nap in but tells me to get out of her bed - most comfortable bed I have had in my house - wife and I discussing about getting our own

This is the first memory foam mattress that I have owned, and it has greatly improved my sleeping. I purchased the adjustable bed frame with the mattress and the combination of the two takes the pressure off my aching joints. I am in my upper 60's and night joint aching was having an impact with my sleeping. I am now able to go to bed and get a good sleep.

I am in love with the adjustable base because of the base I am able to sleep in bed with my husband again and I'm able to quit my physical therapy for my back it's been a huge improvement in my life and I really am thankful we were able to get it at a great price.
