I was extremely confused as I thought I was getting a nectar adjustable bed frame. I instead got a “resident” adjustable bed frame. My remote doesn’t even work and flashes blue nonstop when I press any button. The Bluetooth doesn’t always work so a lot of times my bed gets stuck in a position. Be cautious about purchasing this

The frame came in and the box was pretty damaged and part of the frame was also. It looked like it may have been a return that was possibly shipped to us. All the zip ties were cut and laying loose in the box as well as the pieces that come with the frame were not in the empty boxes that came with them. Several of the plastic cups were also broken on the inside. I installed the app on my phone to adjust the bed from it and it worked a few times then it wouldn't work anymore. I have tried to re-pair it with the bed but the permissions to do so are in Korean I think and I'm not sure what so select. I hope they fix the bugs on it soon.

the remote is very finicky. it shuts down and won't operate. then you have to unplug the bed and push the pairing button until it resets. it does this at random times for no apparent reason--it wasn't even touched. it took me about 5 times before i could remember this without referring to the manual. asked for a new remote in case it was defective and given the run around--fill out forms, etc etc. it's a cheap plastic remote. would it have been so hard to just send a new one. i was in middle of a move. i could do the form now but just don't want to deal with them. it's a 3rd person vendor.

The adjustable frame has changed my life. Being able to sit up in bed comfortably has been great. This was especially helpful when I was sick and had to sleep sitting up. I would not have been able to sleep when I was sick without the adjustable frame. The massage feature is a nice plus as well.

I was injured in a car accident and sustained terrible injuries. For years I was unable to get a good nights sleep, that is until I purchased the Nectar adjustable frame. The craftsmanship is outstanding and I’m so glad I purchased it. As a matter of fact, after I slept so well, I purchased one for my adult son. He is grateful and tells us he hasn’t slept so well in quite some time. Thank you Nectar for standing out above the rest. My youngest son has let me know that he may want one also, since his brother has told him how awesome it is.

I highly recommend getting the adjustable bed. The massage setting is SO relaxing. We love to turn it on right before we fall asleep. It's also great for watching tv, or even an injury. My husband injured his foot and needed to keep it elevated. This frame was exactly what he needed! The frame is super heavy, don't attempt to move it around on your own, but assembly is quick and easy.

I love this adjustable bed frame at this point in time it is everything you want and need to get a goodnight sleep and all other activities you like to do in your bed you will also love the snore button that will automatically adjust the bed so you can get that perfect night sleep without the sounds of your significant other you should definitely try this out it is worth the money great price.

I purchased the adjustable frame after surgery when I had spent a few weeks in a recliner but felt more rested than my comfortable bed. I wake much more rested since I’m not tossing and turning, waking each time. I love the massage function, too! The memory button was easy to program, and the remote even has a cute little flashlight! The frame has a nightlight underneath in case you do need to get up at night.

We've enjoyed using our 2 new Nectar Adjustable Frames. We use it as a split king bed. Although the velcro strap seems tight, the beds still move apart. Still trying to get used to that. Good news is that the features are working well. Very happy, so far!

We have had our Nectar, split king (adjustable frames and twin XL mattresses). The first night we slept so good! First time since we can't remember when that we didn't wake up with lower back pain. My only concern is, the massage motor has become very loud and if you move on the bed with the massage on (move meaning fix your pillow or something) the noise changes pitch. Not sure if the screws need to be tightened again or what. The other item of concern is that when you lift the head of each frame, it gets to a certain point and it pops. It doesn't stop working, but after having the mattresses going on 2 months now, I wouldn't expect to be having issues. But overall, I LOVE this bed! Best money we ever spent!!! And the sheets!!! Love them too!!
