Very unhappy with this purchase, the frame stopped adjusting after just 3 weeks, the service people sent us a new motor and it still won’t adjust the head position

5 stars…l have issues with my back so my Nectar adjustable bed has really helped ease my pain level, plus the fact that I sleep on your Nectar mattress. Best purchases ever. Thanks!

Works great but the preset sleep positions are a little extreme and i wish the leg raise bent more at the knees. I wish the lights on the remote stayed lit up longer so I can Find the buttons I’m looking for.

The bed is really nice. . but like the bottom that has a bar to hold the mattress on, there needs to be on somewhere on the sides to keep the mattresses from separating. Thats the only think I dont like

We got the king size (2 XL Twins side by side) and it solved our issues of needing different sleep positions. It is fantastic as adjustable and has massage!

Had this bed in place for about a month and it has been a dream. We have the split king and I love the ZG (zero gravity)setting on my side I haven’t slept this good in years. Assembly and setup were a breeze, less than an hour for my wife and I. Even has a few unexpected and useful features like usb charging ports on each side, LED lights underneath the bed, and massage at the head and foot of each side. Definitely a game changer for a good night’s rest.

I recently purchased the split king adjustable bed and I have to say that it is probably the best purchase I’ve ever made. Before we purchased the bed I cannot sleep through the night on a flat surface because of the pain in my hips , my lower back and my shoulders because of fibromyalgia. After the first night that I was sleeping in the adjustable nectar bed my pain has lessened from like an 9 out of 10 to a 4 or 5 out of 10, which is absolutely amazing. My husband who is a military retiree is also sleeping a lot better. He has had some back issues and knee issues and he is also slipping through the night and waking up with less pain. So if you are on the fence about purchasing this bed please know I don’t normally write reviews at all, this is one of the best purchases my husband and I have ever made.

The adjusting element is great and very comfortable for reading, elevating my feet, etc. However, the hybrid mattress is a little bit soft for the support my back needs. Although it is comfortable for sleeping, I often wake up with a backache. It replaced a king hybrid that was perfect - I just needed the adjustable feature, and had hoped the mattress would be a little firmer.

This bed has made my life so much better, I sleep very comfortably, my wife really enjoys the bed as well, we hadn’t been able to sleep together for quite a while because I had to sleep in a recliner due to ongoing shoulder pain and lower back pain but with our new bed those nights are gone, thank you for your product as it’s made all the difference for us and put us back together at night.

So far, so good. Loving the experience. Very minor observations: Still haven’t figured out the remote control fully. I assume there’s a way to set some buttons to my desired stops. Would have liked a little more explanation about the frame working with existing frames. I didn’t get that until it was too late and my head/foot board was out. Also, didn’t get the explanation of the little skid pads and where they went. Lastly, where are the straps to tie the 2 frames together supposed to go?
