In theory the frame is easy to put together. I found the reality of it very different from easy. After I read the instructions, I tried to attach the two base pieces. They should have slid right in and I could go to the next step. Not so fast was the reality. The two pieces did not align. Get one side in by a fraction of an inch and the other side was slightly out of alignment. The inside edge of the male connector was hung up on the connector of the female end. Customer service tried to help but they were clearly a sales help operation and not used to dealing with manufacturing defects. Not wanting to go through the hassle of trying to return it, I ground down an edge of the male connector on both sides (not very much) and sprayed it with WD40. It went in and I got through the rest of the assembly in short order. I would not buy this frame again.

This was a purchase we didn't know we needed until we tried out a few mattresses while going along to a few mattress stores with family, who was looking, not us. We checked into many brands. After many positive reviews we decided to go with the Nectar. We have not been disapointed since it arrived. It's so comfortable. The massage is an absolute must! We have both been sleeping so much better. My restless leg is easied with adjustments of the foot levels. My husband loves the quilted pillows. The sheets are so comfortable. The price makes it even better! We love our nectar!

I'm so happy that I ordered this headboard and frame. Although typically it wouldn't be me style, I ended up loving it. It has nice clean lines and goes well with everything in the bedroom. I bought it in grey. It's a darker grey and lovely. It was reasonably easy to assemble and is extremely well made. I was concerned about reading in bed because the headboard isn't as tall as my previous one. But it worked great. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

This is my first adjustable bed and I am super happy with my purchase. I suffer from GERD and being able to increase the height on the top of the bed has made an incredible difference. I'm not exactly sure how the zero gravity works since I'm still stuck on 🌎 and have to obey the laws of gravity. The mattress itself is super comfortable and every night is like sleeping on a cloud.

I hesitated for quite some time with spending the extra $$ for the adjustable bed, but WOW am I SO GLAD that I did! I read each night before bed and it puts me in such a more comfortable reading position! The Zero Gravity setting is awesome at relaxing my back (I'll even take an afternoon nap in this position)! I had a head cold this past week and adjusted the head position a little higher to help with drainage (which was very comfortable), and I've changed settings in the middle of the night and didn't wake up my wife! LOVE IT!

Assistance with dual twin king adjustable bed not available with multiple calls. Can not sync both remotes to dual twin operations. Do not know who to call that understands issues. RJ45 connections unknown purpose. Connection manual has poor illustrations and does not say which port is power and which is pass along. Orientation of servos also hard to tell. Bottom line, have problem with operation of both remotes and synchronization of either to enter individual bed or just one bed with controls close to led sensors. Also need to disable all power to deenergize to start synchronization process again and again... . Who should one call????

The frame in the box is extremely heavy...153 pounds if I recall and FedEx left the giant box at the bottom of a flight of stairs leading to my front door. Long story short: If there is an option for Nectar "White Glove Delivery and Set-Up" jump on it. Once the frame made it to the bedroom and got set up I must admit I really like it. I am a senior with arthritis and coupled with the Nectar bed, it seems to have really helped eliminate morning stiffness. Back to the frame, I selected the highest option for set up which was perfect for my Art Nouveau headboard and baseboard. Yep, looks good!

We had a queen size Nectar mattress on our old box spring and metal bed frame for just over a year. This is a big improvement. My husband put it together with very little assistance. The bed has USB outlets which is pretty handy. There is a blue light that comes from under it, but you won’t see it unless you are out of bed. There is a massage feature as well which we don’t really care much for because it is loud and mainly makes the bed vibrate, it’s kind of weird. I wondered if we would ever disagree about how high or low the bed was adjusted, since it is a queen and not a split king, but it has not been an issue.

Bought this bed and frame for mother-in law who is now in assisted living situation with us. didnt want stigma of hospital bed so combined some rails and this works great. I try to sneak a nap in but tells me to get out of her bed - most comfortable bed I have had in my house - wife and I discussing about getting our own

The massage unit is really poor and useless. I was excited to have something at least that I could feel. In actuality, the "massage" feature is just a light rumble sound that is not a massage at all. Quite silly to even have this feature. It's ridiculous and serves no purpose.
