- 3 out of 5 stars review3/29/2023The frame and mattress are everything they claim it to be. Very comfortble. Howver I boubht the sheets and pillow covers which are so sheer and lightweiht they slip off the matress or pillow with any movement. The sheets need stronger elastic and more material under the matress to actually hold them in place.
Frame is good. Sheet package-not so much.
Chris M.Originally posted onNectar Sleep - 1 out of 5 stars review4/25/2021The mattress slides from side to side way to easy, we have to keep sliding it back to center (needs some stoppers like the foot has, or at least a raised edge). The small middle piece of wood has no support near the edge so it broke within the 1st few weeks, the frame really should go to the edge of the wood (it looks like a twin frame with queen sized wood on it). The massage motors are pretty much a joke. The material already has worn through on the head piece corners and we barely move the head up or down to cause any wear.
Junk, either get a different brand maybe or skip this for a platform frame.

I am a restless sleeper so I give the mechanism a workout each night. The bed is absolutely perfect for me, and I'm so happy to have found the Nectar bed online.

The batteries are not strong enough to handle moving the frame very far. Support was notified and after repeated contact, there still has been no resolution.

My only complaint is the packaging. It came slightly damaged due to poor packaging. It's nothing that affects function but the wood that is inside the platform is broken on a couple corners.

Still trying out the different ways to set the bed but I’m a side sleeper so I don’t use the zero gravity. But still worth the money!

I had another brand I got from somewhere else and it was nice and light putting it up but the welds broke. This Nectar one is quality. We love spending Saturday mornings in bed reading together, or on our iPads. When we were looking for a new mattress, we found nectar. The price was perfect. The setup is pretty easy, but it’s a heavy frame. Keep that in mind. When we got it all setup and the mattress on, we immediately tried the zero gravity. It is PERFECT. 10 out of 10.

Just a warning you’ll need help to set up - was left at garage and I’m alone and had a hell of a time bringing it 6 feet to near front door but couldn’t manage inside the house. Had to recruit help to bring it in and upstairs. I was able to get it ready myself except needed help to flip over before I could use. Also the mattress took another week to arrive so that would have been good to know in advance.

Not super pleased with the vibration. I thought it would be felt more throughout the mattress. It seems to be more centered in the mattress and not really make it to the sides, which would be preferable with two people on different sides of the bed.

Right at the first step (connecting head and foot sides of the bed) was not really possible, because the sturdy metal parts wouldn't slight into each other. A friend came over and had to use force (hammer) to get them together. The manual contradicts the pictogram on the bed, where you connect the little wires for massage motor, LED, and adjuster (follow the pictogram on the bed). Because of that just 3 stars.

My wife and I both have had lower back pain and this new frame has helped dramatically with that. The frame was super simple to put together. The presets on the remote are also great, 3 manual presets allow me and my wife to both have our own presets that work best for us. My wife and I both agree that this was one of the best purchases I have made.

Not terribly impressed with the presets because they are too much. The bed practically folds in half to go to the reading position but I do enjoy the manual adjustment to sit up a bit more when watching TV.

Also the bolts for the mattress retainer were to short by a half inch. Looks like poor quality control.

I have the adjustable frame which I like because of my back and the ability to sit up and watch the TV. The frame has features I didn't know when I bought it. The frame vibrates at the head and feet, the remote has modes for Zero G. And TV. Highly recommend.

One thing with the design though..the split king has the USB port on the same side of the frame so there’s no his/hers sides access. One is completely useless being that it’s in the middle of the bed. Other than that it works well!!

My bed is awesome, Twin XL adjustable bed and Nectar mattress. It's not too hard and not too soft. I have had my bed about a month now. I use the massage feature every night, although it's really like a vibration it still helps me relax. I noticed on one review it was stated that there was only one USB port on one side of the Twin XL, but both Twin XLs that I have, have two USB ports on both sides of the bed.
