Its really loud but other than that I really like it

The frame did not include the charging port as described.

I love all the additions on this frame and the USB ports.

Not as soft as expected. Not terrible, just not fantastic either.

It is really nice to have an adjustable mattress so you can read in bed.

sent wrong mattress. should have been two split matresses for a king bed.

Love the adjustable base, it has made the new mattress even better!
