Extremely disappointed in the mattress. Stained through mattress cover. Poor customer care won’t replace it or clean it

Extremely easy to setup and pair the remote to the base. I especially like the different options of sleep levels.

I have a back issue and thought this bed would resolve it but it has not, and I wish to return this bed.

Having issues with it if I don't use the remote for a couple days, it won't respond. Have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to reset

The frame and accessories came right away, the mattress took almost a month to arrive. The frame set up was simple and I love the mattress...

Long Wait

I love the height of my mattress, the elevation is perfect and the service I received online purchasing this was wonderful

My nectar

Will update if I end up getting the correct item. My shipment was sent from Ashley Furniture and when I arrived, they had sent one of their own brand of adjustable bed frames that doesn't offer near the features as this Nectar. Waiting on my replacement, but unsure if I will ever receive the correct product because Ashley furniture doesn't list the Nectar brand on their website for sale.

Received wrong item

Wow. We love this bed so much. I’m a side and stomach sleeper who has been struggling with hip and shoulder pain and I suffer these no longer. I cannot say enough good about this bed. 10/10 would recommend. And I love to read before bed so the adjustable base is fantastic.
