I love my new Nectar adjustable frame. It helps minimize the cramps & pain in my feet. It’s easier to watch tv when my head is raised. Best bought item for this year. Would highly recommend this product.

Read and follow directions closely, really like being able to adjust the lower portion separately especially if you have back pain issues. Nectar is great to deal with. Excellent service very friendly.

The frame and hardware are straight forward about putting together. Only took about 15 minuets from the unboxing till complete together. I really recommend the frame and the mattress.

Frame isn't so bad it is cheap made the massager isn't a massager the bed just vibrates. So that kinda false advertised. The bed I can sleep in for like 2 nights straight but constantly moving around because it hurts my back

Bed took a little time to set up. Directions were not vlear on how to pair the remote with the frame. After 2 weeks, bed now has no power. Waiting for the manufacturer to contact me on what to do to get it working again.

I love the frame so far and love the settings. One thing I wish was different was that the usb's were on both sides. Husband and I both wanted to have them.

My daughter and son-in-law set it up for me before I even arrived in their home. I don’t think they had any problems at working. They didn’t mention it if they did.

By far the best purchase we've made. I can sleep in ZG and my husband can use the sleep mode to get a perfect night's rest. The bonus USB charging station is a treat!

Was hoping for a better massage options. No fancy lighting under the bed. Not hugging the side table when reclining. All in all it’s 3.5 stars out of 5. Not bad just average.
