This bed frame came with a broken control box. I have contacted the direct maker of the frame and “they’re working on it”. It has been near two months now and it’s still broken. One of the WORST purchases I’ve ever made.

Split king is hard to keep together as mattresses slide out sideways. The noise of the massage makes it almost impossible to use which is the biggest disappointment. But it was easy to assemble.

The frame was easy to assemble and the controller is easy to use. I love the frame but the only change I would make is facing the usb plug-ins in the opposite direction of what they are now as it is very hard to plug into them.

The adjustments work great but the fabric around the frame itself after a few weeks are already busting at the seems. And the "massage" on it is just to cheap weak vibrators that make alot of noise but unfortunately don't do to much for the bed.

Really excited to have an adjustable bed frame with my Nectar queen size mattress. Mattress is just right as far as firmness sleeping cool. I have always slept warm or even hot...not with my new mattress!

Like the frame and the positions it does perfect for my mother just wish the mattress was alittle more firmer for her it's difficult for her to get out of it.

Bought the adjustable frame because I figured it was time to try something new. Never has one before, but the addition of an option to adjust has helped me and my partner tremendously.

Zero gravity is great, the “massage” is really just vibrating and it gets stuck and stops working every once in a while. I don’t really like the remote and wish there was a legit app but it does what it’s supposed to. It’s a sturdy frame.

The frame and hardware are straight forward about putting together. Only took about 15 minuets from the unboxing till complete together. I really recommend the frame and the mattress.

I’m on the bed for almost 2 months I can’t sleep in it and I’ve had to order three replacement parts to actuators and a control panel. Starting to think this is a lemon and nobody wants to take it back
