This pillow is fantastic. I’ve been suffering from neck cramps for months and within a night using this pillow, the cramps were gone! I do like my pillows to be less fluffy and this pillow was perfect. The smell still lingers for about a week, but it is worth it!

I got 2 of these pillows after the description of the stay cool technology paired with the jell inside for extra comfortability...I have a bone disease and fragile bones as well as scoliosis and osteoporosis...This pillow I use everyday to Support my back while. Sitting watching TV and sleeping..it ACTUALLY REALLY DOES STAY COOL ( other claims of pillows that failed to deliver madee skeptical) as PROMISED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, IF I DIDN'T ALREADY JUST BUY A NEW BED I WOULD DEFINITELY look at the ghost bed mattress and Probably have bought one instead! Great product!! Highly recommend,,!

I’ve struggled to find a good pillow for years and deal with neck pain on a regular basis. Even after the first night there was a huge difference in how I felt the next morning! This pillow is wonderful and now I can wake up free from neck pain. I’m even going to buy another one to keep at my boyfriend’s! Definitely something I would recommend to anyone!

I've been through several pillows from expensive to cheap. AT LAST, a pillow company that delivers on what they claim. The first night the smell gave me a headache, but that was over the next day & it was only 3 days for me to get use to it. Love it & now my wife wants 1 after trying mine.

I loveeeee this pillow. I had a VERY old pillow (embarrassingly old) and I’ve been searching for the right pillow for a few years. I can’t tell you how many pillows I have in my closet that I’ve tried. The problem I was having was that they were either too hard or too soft. I sleep on my side so I can have neck pain from time to time so I really need a medium soft pillow that provides the right support but I was having no luck. I saw the ghost pillow and figured why not?! So, I bought it and I’ve been loving it ever since. It took me a good two weeks to really settle into it (don’t give up on it as I feel it takes two weeks to really start molding to your body). There is a slight smell to it when you open it but I recommend letting it breath for 24 hours and then putting your own cover on it when you start using it. The smell is completely gone now. I enjoy that it provides a cooling feel to it. I notice it the most right when I fall asleep and then I feel comfortable throughout the night. Overall, I’m very pleased with it and I have NO neck pain. I’m saving up so I can purchase the mattress. It’s that good!

Shipping time is 3-4 WEEKS - not 5-7 days. The pillow under your head heats up close to a regular pillow within 1 hr., but the rest of the pillow is only partially heated up. The flip side of the pillow never is as cool as the opposite side ( side with embossed "GhostPillow"). Pillow is comfortable, but density occasionally causes ears to block up when sleeping on your side. Pillow needs more fill for side sleepers. I ordered 2 anticipating this issue, but was only sent one - waiting for the other to arrive so I can double up. Overall pillow is an improvement temperature wise, but you still need to flip just not as much. Pillow is good for about 4 hrs. before it is totally heated up to the extent of a regular pillow.

After not being able to sleep through the night for months (maybe a year) because I awoke sweating and uncomfortable, I started looking at cooling pillows. They were so expensive! I read the reviews and did my research and ordered this pillow. I ordered one for my husband as well (knowing he’d steal mine) and I’m lucky that I did! I love this pillow! I sleep soundly every night and don’t have to flip my pillow to be comfortable. I hate those thick and heavy memory foam pillows and my ghostbed pillow is perfect. Last week, we went out of town and as soon as we got to our hotel, I wished I had brought my pillow! Honestly, I couldn’t wait to get home to get my pillow back! My husband had a hard time with the smell at first (it didn’t bother me at all), so I put some dryer sheets in his case and that solved his problem. All in all, I am now a fan and am thinking about buying the ghostbed mattress when we start looking for a new bed! Best pillow I ever had!

Got the pillow and bed during a promotion. I've had both for about a month now. Straight out the box the pillow was just as described online and through video reviews. Soft with a feeling of a good support. First week went by quick, sleep with bed improved 100%. My body tends to sweat randomly wether climate is hot or cold. The pillows ventilation technology worked at its finest, not one drop of sweat. I turned around less and woke up well rested. So far the pillow and bed are doing a job well done. Funny how my pillow always ends up on my husband's side of the bed! Love it so much and how it keeps me cool at night. So much so I need to get him one so I don't have to share! It also keeps it shape so it gives much needed support to my head without being hard. Definitely a must have!

I have had the memory foam pillow for about 3 weeks now and love it. I was sleeping on cheaper foam pillows before and would wake up with horrible neck pain from a lack of support. This pillow has just the right amount of firmness while still being soft. It also stays cool throughout the night.
