I'm not sure how they made these pillows feel and work so much like down. They are very squishable but fluff right back up. They're also comfortable for both back and side sleeping. They have been wonderful for my neck. I've been trying many different pillows over the past few years trying to find right one. These are the best.

Shipping took a while due to covid-19, but once it got here it has been great. The cover on the pillow actually does stay cooler than other pillows, even with a pillowcase on. I haven't had any issues with it sleeping hot like foam can do sometimes. While it is softer than my previous memory foam pillows, it doesn't sink in as much as they do. I've had some really great sleep on it so far. My old pillows (Target memory foam pillows) are no longer comfortable and don't seem to be supportive. I've woken up with almost no neck or back pain since switching (have neck and back issues so that will never completely go away) and no headaches from pressure from pillows or misalignment of my neck. I'm a bigger guy (6'1" 300 lbs) who usually sleeps in all positions throughout the night (back, side, stomach) and all have been mostly comfortable. Stomach sleeping isn't quite as comfortable because I think the pillow is just a touch too high, but after a few weeks/couple months I think it might even out. The only downside I see is if you are someone who likes to flip your pillow over, only one side has the cooling cover. We have a Purple mattress and this pillow works pretty well with it. I think my wife is plotting to steal this pillow from me. You may need to order 2. Side note: the "GhostPillow by GhostBed" logo can be seen through our pillowcases, which I personally don't have an issue with, I think it is a really good example of smart branding, having a "ghost" of a logo show.

Have been unable to use these pillows because of an awful smell that is omitted from them. Company states it's a lavender smell to enhance the pillow. It is so strong and pungent that I can't use them. I have had an allergic reaction to the pillows and even after three weeks the smell is still very strong.

It’s a comfortable enough pillow but when I read reviews saying it would stay cool?? It definitely does not do that. It actually sleeps hotter than my other two premium pillows. So for the money it failed my expectations but it’s too expensive to send back. They should stand behind it enough to do return shipping on them.

I've had another pillow for 5 years that was one of a kind when I bought it. I was having neck pain/soreness every morning and groggy. After getting my GhostPillow, I felt better and better. No soreness, pain, or early morning headaches. I don't toss and turn anymore like I used to. It has a scent to it, but it goes away after a couple weeks. I put another pillow case on it and didn't mind it.

I wanted to wait a few months to give an honest opinion, so here goes. It's COOL and yes I mean that both ways. It looks cool and the second you touch it you feel that cooling technology, it's kind of magic. They were not kidding when they advertise that you'll feel it instantly and you do! The shell design is awesome. I sleep HOT! With most pillow I end up sweating through it and that wakes me up in the night and it's awful. I don't care how supportive it might be, when I'm sweating throughout the night, all of that gets tossed out of the window. But not with this pillow, I have not woken up once from this pillow. I think this pillow is amazing and supports my neck better than any pillow I've had. The second my head hits the pillow it's cradled and that lasts throughout the night. It's super soft to the touch but firm enough where I feel that support will last, it NEVER needs fluffing! Like anything, you might need to adjust it slightly every once in a while, basically lift your head up for a few seconds, it self-inflates, and when you lay back down it's like a little cloud. The rest of my body takes a cue to follow my head and neck to unlock and relax, and it does. My whole body feels relaxed. I think they hit it out of the park with this one. But nothing is perfect. And really my only gripe is the obnoxiously large logo that is slapped smack dab in the middle of this awesome pillow. We get it, it’s from GhostBed, we bought so we don’t need to be reminded, in what is like someone shouting it at us. And I'm not complaining for the aesthetics or anything, it eliminates the cooling technology part of the pillow I praised above! They placed it in what I considered the most crucial part of the pillow, the middle! It’s not woven into the really awesome fabric shell, so it stays and feels like the rest of the pillow, it’s a different material all together and has no cooling aspects whatsoever, and it’s not soft. Not to mention 99% of people will use a pillow case, so no one is going to see that dang logo. I just don’t understand why the designers would shoot themselves in the foot like that. I bought this for the cooling aspects and where I want/need it the most, they purposely ruined that. You have 95% of the pillow with this amazing cooling feature and the dead center it’s this rough logo. It was bad enough in the beginning that I thought I might return it. But because the rest of the features are sooooo good, I’ve decided to tough it out, but honestly curse it all the time. Anyway that aside this is an amazing pillow that I would recommend to anyone and everyone who sleeps hot and wants to sleep on a cradling cloud of support. I just hope they come out with a pillow shell 2.0 sooner than later! Thanks for reading.

I bought a Ghost Pillow after seeing one arrive for my housemate and she told me how great it was after a week of using it. My neck doesn’t hurt, my back doesn’t hurt, I can sleep on my side or back. I love it and take it everywhere with me - camping, boyfriend’s house, etc. I use a 12” memory foam mattress and the two pair very well together.

Pretty good! Very comfortable pillow that holds up well so far. Foam is the right density to be supportive but not too hard. Has a bit of an 'off-gassing' smell out of the box for 2-5 days, but it goes away. The letters are raised or embroidered so you can feel them if you don't have a thick pillowcase, which is a bit annoying.

I really thought i would love this pillow, but alas it is not for me. It was too flat for me to use by itself. The pillow is comfortable but i felt like i my head would be lower while my neck would be higher and for me it was awkward trying to use it. I think the lavender smell is strong and possibly should be an option rather than standard. Some people cannot stand the smell of lavender. I get the calming benefits but not all people like it. I do use the pillow as a secondary pillow though. As i said, not for me to use as my one an only pillow but i can use it with another pillow

Honestly never splurged on a pillow before but it's been really great in the few months I've had it. I haven't had such good sleep in a long time and my partners neck pains are completely gone after a week of using it. Even after a few months the pillow still feels just as good as when I opened the box. I 100% recommend it if you're looking for a pillow that supports your neck and can last for a long time.
