My ghost pillow is so comfortable. Not too soft. Not too firm.

It’s a fairly comfortable pillow. Not as soft as I expected, but it does keep its shape, so far.

I would rather have softer, cooler pillow. The ghost pillow is too firm

What a great bed. Customer service was amazing as well.

I love this pillow! I never get neck pain anymore and it stays cool!

These are super comfy! I love how they feel cool. My family loves them, too, so we had to buy more.

I love how it form around my head and never flattens out.

Love the pillow so comfortable and cooling!! Never slept better

Not to firm not soft. Keeps you so cool at night. No need to flip to get the coolness.

This pillow was the perfect Christmas gift! I love the cooling technology.
