I have sleep and neck issues and this pillow has been amazing and I know longer wake up in pain.

Pillow is alright so far, still in the process of getting used to it.

Got this pillow and it does not even stay cool at all, no better then a regular memory foam pillow

Got the ghost pillow about five weeks ago and have been sleeping much better ever since.
