Honesty, I've had my fair share of encounter with pillows. I've always been looking for a good one since my neck always hurts in the morning after sleeping. Ghost pillow was so surprising for me, the pillow was a lot better than I expected. I bought two and definitely don't regret anything other than the smell it gives off. I can live with it for a few weeks though.

I bought a queen sized Ghostbed during the President's Day sale. As part of the deal, I received 2 free pillows - the Nature's Sleep Vitex Memory Foam Pillow. Although the deal didn't specify which brand of pillow I would receive, I was kind of hoping for the Ghost Pillow. The Nature's Sleep Vitex pillow is very nice and runs cool. My main beef with it is that the pillow is a bit thick for my preferences. It's great for side sleepers, but doesn't put your head in a good position if you are a back or stomach sleeper IMO. May be a good option for those that think the Ghost Pillow is too "flat" or needs more fill. For me, I'm going to be trying out the Ghost Pillow. Fingers crossed.

I just want to say I was skeptical at first due to the fact this was an online thing. But once the tracking information was sent after I purchased it I was like ok it's real.. then the bed came and I was excited. The box was heavy for me to carry alone (king size) but was well worth it... The pillows are amazing... I would add wish they were a lil thicker...but still amazing... I ordered the mattress on Wednesday morning and received it Friday by lunch it was amazing...

I had very high hopes for this pillow. I used it for 10 days, but could not like it. It is OK for sleeping on your back. But there is little support (it's way too thin and soft) for side sleepers like myself. I tried putting another pillow or blanket under it to raise it, and this didn't help. I would wake up with head or neck pain every day. Went back to my shredded memory foam pillow instead. When I contacted the company, they will not provide a refund, or even an attempt to help since I purchased the product using a groupon. Guess I have learned my lesson to read the fine print when trying to save money.

This pillow is definitely softer than the memory foam pillow. But on the contrary, this pillow may not be as great if you are looking for something to support your neck, this is more of a pillow where you can lay back and maybe watch a movie. In addition, ive also noticed that one side of the pillow is softer than the other?

When I first got the ghost pillow I took off the case and washed it . The case wasn't the problem the pillow has a smell It is slowly fading but its there .. I was a little disappointed at first , its kind of thin , but to my amazement My neck pain did get better .. It is worth the money .In the winter when you lay on it , its down right cold....

I typically struggle finding a pillow I like I have went through 7 in the last year. Gave these shredded ghost pillows a chance and will not look for another pillow I love the they are perfectly supportive and comfy and am confident in there durability

I bought it for my boyfriend who has back and neck issues. It's too firm for him so he doesn't use it. I can't use firm pillows like memory foam because they give me migraines. But this is the second ghost pillow I've bought and it was great quality in my opinion!

With all the reviews seeming very positive that this pillow was actually different than others that advertised being cool, I was once again very disappointed. It starts off nice but ends just as hot as all the others. Not worth the price. I was also very disappointed I had to call them to find out my pillow order would not get to me for 3 months! If I hadn’t pursued them, I would not have found any thing out. I also was promoted to use a third party app to find out about my product status/shipping, etc. it really gave me no relevant info that made it worth using. Over all I went from hopeful that this company and product were going to be different to very disappointed & worse with the lack of communication, and that they ended up like all the others. The only thing they communicated well was the constant email ads telling me how awesome there products and service were, while in reality this was not backed up.

Been trying different pillows, pillow configurations, hi fluff, low fluff... for EVER...and this pillow is an actual 'dream' because that's what happens with this 'just right' pillow. You sleep, dream and wake up saying 'holy moly that's a great pillow' : )
