Had a terrible smell for a couple weeks - it’s very cool ( for awhile) a bit stiff for me.

The process was simple to get the pillow. Delivery was great. Pillow is amazing.

Very comfortable. I like how my head sinks into it. It also has great cooling for my head.

Very cool to the touch. Gets a bit warm after a bit, but cools back down fairly quickly
