Love these pillows! They don't flatten and they are super comfortable

Not disappointed usually need a couple pillows for support. Good support n cooking technology

Cool to the touch, great firmness. Only real shortfall is the length. It would be nice to have more options for size.

Doesn't do a thing with a pillowcase on; can't flip it to get cooler side since it is flat on other side

Super comfortable, and the ability to add and remove shreds has made it fully customizable to my comfort level.

These oillows are cooling and soft and comfy. Not sure they are for me yet but still giving thema shot.

I got this and was excited for the cooing feature. However the pillow was extra firm. I do wish it was much softer

I have been using these pillows for roughly 15 years. They are so incredibly comfortable and contour perfectly. I catch my dogs incessantly going into the bedroom and sleeping on them.
