I was a bit disappointed at first how soft and cheap feeling the pillow was... But after a few days I realized it's soft like a natural pillow instead of the unusually firm normal memory foam- and it actually keeps me cool. I'm one that has to have it 60 degrees in my bedroom and I keep 6 pillows just to revolve between them to keep cool, but I stay with this one all night cool.

This pillow is the perfect amount of softness and support for my neck. It has the right amount of give as compared to some memory foam pillows that can be too firm. Its also the perfect height so that you arent bending your neck so much. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the case pills really bad and I literally have to shave my pillow with a disposable razor at least once a week to keep them off of the pillow. I have noticed myself getting better sleep and all together I would recommend to others

My husband received a pillow for a gift and i liked it so much that I also purchased one. The only difference from his pillow and mine is that his is a little more plush. I am not sure what that is. Although, I am still happy with my purchase so that I plan on purchasing one for every member in my family for the holidays. Thank you, Ardelia Bussa

I've never been one to put much thought into my pillow. But after buying a ghostbed mattress and changing my sleep for the better, I figured I'd buy a pillow as well(wasn't included with buying a mattress at the time). It feels great, not over supportive to cramp your neck, yet firm enough to feel more than comfortable. The lavander scent infused into it is a awesome plus as well

Have had our new bed for about three weeks. It came promptly and was simple to install. We also bought two Ghost Pillows. My husband has said that he is sleeping much better on it. I, on the other hand do not sleep well on it. I had been having trouble with leg (hip) pain and had been hoping that the mattress would alleviate my pain. It has not, which may not be the mattress' fault. I am pursuing other means to take care of it. All in all, we're happy with the mattress and the pillows and would recommend them to others.

i’ve bought maybe expensive memory foam pillows in the past, trying to find the most comfortable one. i saw the ghostbed pillow on groupon and read a bunch of reviews and decided to buy myself 2 of them haha. after the first night sleeping on it, i woke up with with absolutely no neck or back pain. it’s like i didn’t even realize that i was waking up with a little bit of pain all the previous days, until i slept on this. the first few days they smell kinda weird, but honestly i kinda liked it because for some reason.

I have been looking for a pillow that stays cool/cold and thought I found it but after about 2 weeks I had to turn it over then over again when it was cold/cool again.It is soft, and the firmness is good after a week or so. The smell is strong, I let it air out for 14 days, which interferes with the warranty. ** I just wanted a cool/cold pillow and thought I found it but I was wrong **

Pillows had a HORRIBLE chemical smell for the first few days which I was not told about prior to purchasing. The pillow was advertised as fitting on all size beds, which led me to believe it would look fine on my kind bed. It should have been advertised as a SMALL pillow because it looks ridicules on a large bed! It's a regular size pillow if not even smaller! The pillow is very thick and heavy! hard to move and is NOT a comfortable sleep! On top of it all... they have that GHOSTPILLOW LOGO as shown in this pic, which is raised up off the pillow making it so uncomfortable to sleep on that side of the pillow! WHY would anyone make a pillow with a huge logo, raised up is rough thread? Completely unnecessary! Anyway, after spending alot of money on 2 of these, I had to buy REAL pillows.

I didn’t want to buy a pillow online but after reading some reviews I wanted to experience the hype myself. Wow what an excellent pillow. I gave it a try because they also offer a return period should you not like it. I love it. I will be keeping the pillow and hope to enjoy the cushion and softness for years to come. There really is not compromise here!!

The pillow took a little longer than normal to arrive as it was ordered during a sale. But I’ve found it to be very cool and comfortable and will probably order a second as I still need a little lift being a side sleeper. For a soft and supportive pillow it does keep its shape very well.
