I love my ghost pillow!! Actually bought 2 for my parents for Christmas and they prefer them over their mypillows.

Hands down the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. Stays cool and has great support while still being soft and flexible

feels like down without the feathers coming out. hoping it will continue to be a good fit. I would recommend.

I would say it's medium firm, 7.5 out of 10. Shoulder and hip pain have improved and waking less often during the night. It's a keeper!
