Bought these for gift for our elderly parents and they say these are the best pillows they have ever used.

The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the embroidery. It is too uncomfortable to use that side.

They do not honor their 100 night Garuntee! 3 weeks into the mattress and they will not refund the money or pick up the matress!

The pillow is nice and cool to sleep on, no neck pain anymore. Just be sure to air it out a few days before use, to loose the smell.
