My neck would always hurt in the morning with other pillows. But after the first night, I woke with no neck pain! Finally a pillow that supports my neck properly! The pillow is comfortable and retains it shape. If you have neck pain, this is the pillow for you!

When I first got the pillow, it smelled so strongly of chemicals that I coups barely stand it. I wasn't able yo sleep on it for a few nights because it was giving me a headache. I believe this hasn't been the case with all of their pillows because I have a friend who ordered 4 of them, none of which had this issue. I'm not sure what went wrong with mine, but I'm still suffering through the smell so I can use the pillow. I've had it for about 2 weeks and the smell is SLOWLY fading away. Other than that, it's a great pillow.

its a litter thicker than i would have like but at 4 inches it seems like a normal thickness for a pillow. i was worried about the "cool" factor as some comments said it didn't work. I wonder if they put a cotton pillowsheet on it because that will severely damper the coolness effect. it is always pretty cold when i touch it, like it spent a few min in the fridge and i'm amazed by how cool it is. it is firm but not too firm. probably the best pillow i've purchased thus far and definitely worth it.

The price is too high for the quality. I understand they have to make up the cost of advertising (being two clicks away from purchase costs a lot) and it's probably cheaper than other places. A Groupon was easy enough to find for a discount though. It stays cool as far as I can tell so that point is accurate. It compresses to a pretty thin and dense size when you put your head on it. It had a nice lavender scent infused, which is nice but superficial. In the realm of foam pillows this seems just above the lowest tier cheapy you can buy. Maybe it's just my taste, but I'm not satisfied beyond two stars. As an aside, the box it came in is tough and hard to breakdown to flatten, it's covered in a coating to keep it in the with their colors. Is that necessary​? Using the box to advertise at the cost of recylclibility? And I'm sure that causes the price to go up. They're trying to hard to be "viral" and not delivering on product quality. It's just another factory stamped out mass marketed and produced clickbait product. I've learned to buy pillows in person.

We bought two pillows and they are amazing! So soft to touch and perfect for all types of sleeping. My BIL stayed with us for a few nights and was super impressed. Best pillows ever! We have Casper and Sleepgram pillows which are good but not great like these! Highly recommend!! Oh and not odor when removed from packing which was a pleasant surprise since all new things often have a “chemical” smell to them!

We upgraded from a pillow top full mattress to the king ghost bed. We knew it would be more firm than our last mattress but I (130# woman) am having some hip pain and hubby (185# man) is having some low back pain. We like the firmness (and obviously the size) because it helps with not being woken up by the other moving, but we hoping a down mattress topper will solve the hip pressure for both of us. We also have our mattress straight on the floor, not sure if that makes a difference or not in firmness.

I can use this pillow in any sleeping position. One side is a little bit slicker, that's the phase change side. If you use it with a pillowcase advertised as phase change as well the two materials might slip on each other a bit. The fabric is nice and cool to the touch. The memory foam seems to soak up heat from your head and dissipate it moderately well. The pillow is very nice looking. Be aware you might be able to feel the embroidery through some pillow cases. This pillow has a spot on my bed and bumped a different one off to the guest room!

I bought it for my boyfriend who has back and neck issues. It's too firm for him so he doesn't use it. I can't use firm pillows like memory foam because they give me migraines. But this is the second ghost pillow I've bought and it was great quality in my opinion!

Pillows had a HORRIBLE chemical smell for the first few days which I was not told about prior to purchasing. The pillow was advertised as fitting on all size beds, which led me to believe it would look fine on my kind bed. It should have been advertised as a SMALL pillow because it looks ridicules on a large bed! It's a regular size pillow if not even smaller! The pillow is very thick and heavy! hard to move and is NOT a comfortable sleep! On top of it all... they have that GHOSTPILLOW LOGO as shown in this pic, which is raised up off the pillow making it so uncomfortable to sleep on that side of the pillow! WHY would anyone make a pillow with a huge logo, raised up is rough thread? Completely unnecessary! Anyway, after spending alot of money on 2 of these, I had to buy REAL pillows.

We bought these two pillows to go with our Ghostbed split king adjustable bed frame and Ghostbed mattress. Best sleep we’ve had in years. So comfortable. I don’t know how we slept before this new bed and pillow. The pillow is also adjustable and the fill can be increased or decreased to meet your needs. Highly recommended. Great value!
