Yes, you heard that right! It's better than Tempur Pedic pillows and the Bed Gear Rain 3.0! I am a back, side, and stomach sleeper, with an extra added benefit of BPPV which is a type of extreme dizziness induced when my head is in a certain position. So, I have to keep my head and neck fully supported at all times in all sleeping positions. I'm a former NFL Redskins Cheerleader (1994-97) and have been pretty hard on my body my whole life. Then my head almost got squashed like a grape by the front right tire of a Mercedes - it was the driver's fault and at least the kind Doctor got out and helped me and my bloody limbs untangle my bike and get going again - I had no idea I was bleeding until I reached my bike buddies. The kind Doctor had actually examined my arm and said I would be OK -just some road rash. Then I got taken out on a team training ride out by a dude as we were speeding down a steep hill in Austin Texas, yeah, that caused a nice concussion! OK, there was a fourth accident but all I remember was: Steep hill + Me + Car = hospital. OK, enough of that - I don't want to bore you with all my horse, gymnastics, cheerleading, etc, bodily harm stories! Let's get back to the pillow talk! For ten years I slept on Tempur-pedic Cloud Pro, Comfort, and Cloud Soft and Conforming pillows switching between them from time to time but never happy with any of them. They always failed to support my neck and were quite hot - even though they start out brick-hard if it's cold (like 72 F degrees or below). I then switched to the BedGear Rain 3.0 pillow and tried that for 4 years. They were superior to Tempur-pedic in the neck support and were COOL! They are now my dog's pilows - they LOVE them because of the coolness-literally they are always cool to the touch (or paw if you have those). Even though they stayed cool during the night, it never supported my head for it wouldn't let my small little head sink down to be in that perfect alignment with my neck. I'm only 5'1" so everything about me is small - well, except for my imagination! In 2017 I kept hearing about the GhostBed and Pillows and still having problems with my dizziness and neck pain, I thought I'd give it a try. I am so glad I did! Right away everything was perfect about it. It was never too cold or too hot and supported my neck and head in EVERY sleeping position! I bought your pillow because my son and law recommended it so highly. I have back problems and the pillows were not helping. The day I got the pillow, I knew I found my cure. I’ve ourchased ghost pillows in the past and they were made from a similar material as the ghost beds. This one seems more feather like, which was unexpected, but I still really enjoy the pillow. I also don’t feel like the pillow gets too hot at night. Overall very satisfied with the purchase!

I really didn't know what to expect when making this purchase. I had never bought pillows for my own pleasure before. Once received, I made a few adjustment attempts over the coarse of a couple of weeks, and I have dialed in just about the best setting to prevent my neck from having the stiff and soreness I used to have to adapt to each day. Mornings are so much more enjoyable now.

I had a previous foam pillow that was VERY hard (rock hard. If you got hit with it you would bruise -lol-). It was the only pillow that kept my neck aligned and kept it from hurting and giving me migraines. To my horror it was lost on a family vacation. Since then, sleep has been terrible. I have been trying to find another pillow for the past year, at this point I have purchased almost 10 pillows without relief. Foam pillows, shredded foam, down pillows, "high supportive" pillows, you name it. After finding Ghostpillow and seeing the reviews I gave it a go... again. When I took it out of the box and "smushed" it I felt it was too soft, with a lot of give. I thought there is no way it would be supportive enough for me. The pillow felt plush, not super solid like my last one, I knew it would not work. (I always wished I was one of those people that could sleep on those squishy soft pillows that felt like marshmallows, but I am not). Let me just say, I was just flat out wrong this time. I took it for a spin that night and was sold. My head did squish into the pillow, but then it stopped at just the right height to align my spine, no more, no less. It felt soft, like a marshmallow a bit, but it really was supportive. I was worried the pillow would flatten during the night and allow my head to drop at an angle, it didn't. It was my pillow miracle. I've had the pillow for many weeks now and I am very happy. I am sleeping well, no neck aches or migraines at all. It is just comfortable and supportive. I am sold on Ghostpillow, so much so that I have a second spare one in my closet "just in case" I lose this one I won't have to worry. I am not willing to go without a good pillow another night. After a year of my search, it is over.

I bought it for my boyfriend who has back and neck issues. It's too firm for him so he doesn't use it. I can't use firm pillows like memory foam because they give me migraines. But this is the second ghost pillow I've bought and it was great quality in my opinion!

took a few nights to get used to. Old pillow was a tempurpedic that had a roll that fit under the neck. wasn't good for side sleeping. This pillow is great for side sleepers. Provides good support & is very comfortable. Back sleepers will have to find the best position on it for proper neck & head support. Once located, it's comfortable & supportive.
