I didn’t know what to expect because I’ve not tried ‘comfort ‘ pillows before but this pillow has been fantastic. Ladies, you need to know it’s been super helpful with menopausal night sweats. I went from waking up every hour to once a night (and that’s usually because of the dog). I would highly suggest giving this a try, it really does seem to help. Not to mention my neck doesn’t hurt any more.

I got three of these pillows on President's day on a sale when buying the mattress. I'm glad I spend a bit more money to get these - they're super comfortable. I feared my neck would get too warm because of the foam, but this has been a resounding success: keeps cool, supports my neck and I've yet to feel uncomfortable. I'd probably pay full price next time, it's definitely worth the money. Very happy overall.

For 30+ years I've slept with a super thin pillow. I don't like thick or squishy pillows. I'm a side sleeper, most of the time with my arm under the pillow. I took a chance on these and I really like them. They work for me on my side or back, just enough firmness and not to thick.

Looks great! However, not so good to sleep on - too soft, but more importantly, the ad NEVER mentioned the REALLY STRONG ODOR. (They say it's lavender, but I fear I lost many brain cells in one night.) Wish you would accept a return. Shame on you for NOT.

I’ve only had the bed for about 3 weeks now, but I’ve notice a few things. First and foremost, the shipping process is woefully inadequate. I purchased a Cal King mattress, mattress protector, and 2 pillows. Each of them shipped separately, and each had their own tracking number, which is great. They were never accurate on their information, which could probably be chalked up to the shipping company. When the mattress arrived, the box was pretty beat up. Maybe the shipping company employees get tired of handling these boxes and treat them like junk. Whatever the reason, it was not good. The other shipping problem is the box weighs over 100 lbs and THERE ARE NO BUILT IN HANDLES! Completely unacceptable, especially when you have to take it up a flight of stairs. The next problem is stability. I have been on bed rest for the past 2 weeks, due to a work accident, therefore, I’ve been in the bed A LOT. There is little to no support when you sit up. I know beds are for sleeping, but many people like to sit in bed and read and watch t.v. It’s not comfortable for this AT ALL. The last thing is the edges of the mattress. There is no support at all, so when you sit on the edge of the bed, perhaps to put your shoes on, you sink considerably, which is also not comfortable. As far as sleep, it’s pretty good. Maybe with a few more nights of sleep, my comfort level will improve.

What a difference a bed makes!!! I used to wake up every day in pain and feeling terrible it would take a couple of hours to straighten out ... no more ... my daughter bought me this bed for xmas ... it is the best present ever all pain is gone .. no more twisting in the bed all night long ... Got rid of our Sleep Number mattress because it never seemed to get firm- even when it was at 100. This bed is firmer than other “bed in a box” brands, which I liked. But not so firm that my husband, who likes a softer mattress, is uncomfortable. It’s like Goldilocks- right in the middle. It also works great with our Sleep Number adjustable base. There was no odor to the mattress when we opened up the box and we were able to sleep on it right away. Overall a nice mattress with a good medium firmness that doesn’t lose its shape or feel saggy and cheap. Glad I got it and for such a bargain.

Buying process was simple. The order arrived on time as promised. We received two free pillows with our mattress purchase and 0% financing for 12 months which made this a great deal. Mattress was easy to set up with no off gassing. We set it on our existing bed frame and box springs which was a perfect fit. The mattress and pillows sleep cool and are very supportive. I have lower back pain which has improved since switching mattress. Both myself and my spouse are getting a better quality sleep without waking up at night which happened frequently at night. I was apprehensive about ordering a mattress online sight unseen but it has been one of the best purchases we have ever made.
