Through trial & error with other pillows, I've discovered I don't like contoured pillows or firmer memory foam that doesn't cushion or give much. I'm a relatively small frame female but with broad shoulders and chronic neck tension issues (accidents etc). I'm also generally a side sleeper and occasionally on my back. This pillow is a huge improvement to the last couple I had!! It's soft and gentle. Also just thick enough to offer the neck support I need with my somewhat broad shoulders but not so thick that I can't also comfortably roll onto my back. I've only had it one month so I can't say anything long term yet, but I'm definitely much happier so far!

I got the Ghostbed Luxe mattress and adjustable frame two days before I had a hip replacement. I’m only 49, but have been arthritic for two years, and am going thru menopause. My old mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and I got absolutely terrible sleep on it. I’m so glad for my ghostbed! I’m not sure that the “cooling” aspect is helping, and the mattress is way softer than I’m used to, but it is seriously comfortable. On top of everything else, I broke my ankle two weeks after my hip replacement! What I am loving about the frame is that I can elevate my feet, especially now that I’m stuck in bed on bedrest this whole week. I also have the ghostbed pillowsx but they are too firm for me. I like super soft squishy feather pillows, but the ghostbed pillows do seem that they are very good quality.

There is a very strong lavender smell that even after 3 weeks has not gone away. Both pillows we bought had this problem. I had to double pillow case the pillow so that I could sleep without getting a headache. Other then the smell it is a really comfortable pillow

I am very pleased with my purchase. The pillow is very comfortable and I would highly recommend it to others. You will not be disappointed. As well as a quality product, I was extremely happy with the wonderful customer service I received. Definitely a 5 star experience!

This pillow is definitely a solid purchase as it does a good job of keeping you cool at night while providing adequate support. I would say it seems to be more for back sleepers as I find it a little to soft as a stomach sleeper. It is only low-moderately form so if you are looking for a firmer pillow this may not be the one for you. Overall solid pillow and good purchase if you can get it at a discount.

I was so excited about this pillow... but sadly it was super disappointing...First off it smells like those fake chocolate scented yankee candles...yuck... The pillow doest give much support at all and it doesn't stay cool. Oh and it's Tiny...way smaller then a normal pillow. I would not recommend.

Enjoying by ghostbed and pillows. Still getting used to the lavender scent the pillows came with. Could do without the scent, but on the other hand, it is better than the chemical smell that other foam pillows come with. Otherwise the feel and firmness of the pillow is acceptable.

My wife absolutely loves our new Ghost Bed. I think that it's a little hard for my taste, which is why I only give it four stars. the pillows are amazing. My wife seems to sleep like a baby now. She is sleeping so hard that she begins to snore. The only time that she has ever done that before was when she was extremely tired. We both think that the pillows are extremely comfortable.

I really thought i would love this pillow, but alas it is not for me. It was too flat for me to use by itself. The pillow is comfortable but i felt like i my head would be lower while my neck would be higher and for me it was awkward trying to use it. I think the lavender smell is strong and possibly should be an option rather than standard. Some people cannot stand the smell of lavender. I get the calming benefits but not all people like it. I do use the pillow as a secondary pillow though. As i said, not for me to use as my one an only pillow but i can use it with another pillow

I've been using the pillow for about a month now. I received the pillows before the bed I ordered. Using the pillows on my old mattress that was too firm, it made it feel like a new mattress. I slept very well! I've been using pillows with new mattress from this company and my husband does stay cooler. Good support for back or side sleeping (not so much for stomach sleeping). The first month, 1 pillow alone is enough. After a month, stacking 2 pillows works better for me. This may depend on how flat or elevated you prefer to be . Overall, good neck support.
