At first, I wasn't sure I'd like it because it was so different from what I normally like. I normally prefer a pillow with no real form, down-filled, something that can be manipulated to the position I want without fighting against me to spring back into shape. The Ghost pillow doesn't really fit that description in that it's kind of like a big flat squishy cold memory foam brick. The odd thing is that it doesn't fight to go back to its preferred shape. I'm a stomach/side sleeper, and it supports that position well, but I've also noticed that it's helped me to begin back-sleeping more comfortably too. I can't really explain why. If you keep contact with i all night, it isn't "cooling" by itself, it is cold to the touch initially, but it will gradually warm up as it keeps contact with a warm body. The one negative I can say is the smell initially. My wife says it smelled like lavender, but it was really strong for a few days, then subsided.

.. for not wanting to get out of bed in the morning. My Ghost bed and pillow are so comfortable I just want to stay in bed! I love the fact that when my pillows came in the mail they didn't smell like the box or the factory. They smelled like lavender. Genius! My pillow supports my neck nicely so no more headaches. I haven't ever before found good memory foam pillows but these GhostPillows are my favorite! So soft but yet supportive. I love my Ghost everything!

its not a bad product but better than the pillows we had, had it for 2 weeks so far, not completely sold. hesitant now to order the mattress which is our next step. I will have to think about that one along with other companies now. Not sure what exactly to do.

It's probably unfair for me to review this as I think I'm just in love with the faux down feeling. I had hoped it being adjustable would give me a different view, but sadly no. This is the first review I have not given 5 stars to, as I want to return it. I cannot say ENOUGH GREAT THINGS about the Luxe Bed split king, adj base, topper, sheets, and faux down pillow (though I wish it were adjustable)! This GhostBed Luxe mattress plus topper has helped me and my hubby's arms, shoulders, and back pain and our sleep quality. I am a luxury bed snob; it's taken a lot of vetting before we chose this beauty. WORTH IT. If your sleep is not superb, it will appear in all areas of your life. I'd truly drive the worst car to sleep in the best bed! I am sure we have the best bed in the neighborhood! Note - my hubby has low back pain and I have upper - we both love it. The shoulder pressure points are severe with pain and it's the ONLY combo that's helped with that.

I got this pillow because I started to get really bad neck pain and back pain. Since getting this pillow, I haven't had any neck or back pain. I do wish the pillow wasn't so thick or that it had a section that was a bit thinner so my head could lay more naturally on the pillow. I am extremely picky with my pillows. Overall, I am happy with my purchase since it stopped my pain. For anyone who loves to sleep with the fan on or gets too hot during the night, this pillow is always cold. I know I will love that during the summer.

We really like our King-size Ghostbed. I did a lot of research and my partner was dubious about going away from traditional box spring. It didn't take long (4? 5? days) before we both realized that we were sleeping better, deeper and waking up with less aches and pains than with our box-spring. I can't really tell if the "cooling gel" layer is helping since we both suffer from hot flashes and night sweats right now but it certainly isn't any worse than before. I was waking up with a numb shoulder and aching hip on our queen size Doctor's Choice. I don't wake up with those pains any longer. I also don't wake up with all the cats crowding me - hurray for a king-size bed!

This pillow is seriously the best pillow ever!! I love the light lavender smell and my head sinks into the memory foam perfectly. It doesn't get hot either like most memory foam pillows. Too bad my fiancée stole it from me. Guess I'll have to order another one.

I really love this pillow. It is very comfortable and stays cool through the night and doesn’t tend to heat up. I don’t have to flip my pillow every time I wake up now. I’m mostly a side sleeper and it works very well. My neck doesn’t feel so stiff in the morning. I love how comfortable the outside case is. Very soft material!!

Great delivery and packaging started the great experience. The memory foam pillow has now been in use for a week and they really are great, highly recommended. Cool to the touch and has great support. The only negative was the price as compared to other similar products. It is good but not THAT good.
