Comfort-wise it is great. Its soft but supportive. I was looking for something that would activiely cool me at night. This is cooler than other memory foam pillows, and is cool when you first lay down. But if you want a cool embrace the whole night this is not it. It never got overly warm and i didnt have to flip the pillow. But i wouldnt say it is cold the whole night.

Absolutely amazing no more flipping the pillow back & forth. It stays cool all night long & just all around amazing product! Can’t wait to save up & buy a mattress & sheet set. Usually people false advertise, but you guys are the real deal. Not only that your prices is unmatched amazing products for a great price! We have struggled to find good pillows for a long time. I thought mine was fine but my neck always hurt. My husband had one that he liked, but was as hard as a brick and he had frequent headaches. The first night with our Ghost pillows, we both felt like they were flatter than we were used to, but to our surprise, we slept great and had no neck/head pain in the morning and haven’t had any problems since! These pillows are great! So glad I found them!

I bought it for my boyfriend who has back and neck issues. It's too firm for him so he doesn't use it. I can't use firm pillows like memory foam because they give me migraines. But this is the second ghost pillow I've bought and it was great quality in my opinion!

The Ghost Pillow received a number one rating on the internet for cooling pillows. While it is cool, it doesn't stay cool, and is super stiff. I thought it was a pillow, but it is just a memory foam piece that is not soft at all. Maybe with time it would become softer, but my head and neck hurt after a few days of use, so I haven't used it in over a week. And because it is now a used pillow, how could I send it back? Very disappointed as I had done a ton of research.

I love this pillow. I always prefer a firm pillow and when I received this pillow, I was disappointed because it didn’t feel firm. I decided to use it anyway because well, it was there. Forget firm, forget firm, it was just a beautiful beautiful sleep. I haven’t slept so good, woken up with no neck or shoulder pain in YEARS.!!! I want nothing but these pillows now. I will be getting the mattress too

The pillow was made well. The ice cover is cooling. It was just too thick for us. When I tried to return it I discovered that I had to pay for shipping. I wanted to order the shredded since I would be able to customize it. Unfortunately after learning I had to pay for shipping. I sold them else where and ordered some shredded pillows from somewhere else

I was hesitant about this pillow at first. I have issues with my neck and would frequently wake up with headaches. I was worried this pillow wouldn't position my head where that wouldn't happen. Now, I can honestly say that I've yet to wake up with the headaches I used to. This pillow is amazing and is exactly like sleeping on a cloud! The lavender smell is strong at first, but does lessen after a short time. Love this pillow!!

This pillow is not too firm and not to squishy. I usually get neck pains from my pillows, or even other memory foam pillows, but the Ghostpillow lets me sleep beautifully without any pain. I also love the fact that it remains cool throughout the night. You really dont need to turn it over during the night to get the cool side.

Have been unable to use these pillows because of an awful smell that is omitted from them. Company states it's a lavender smell to enhance the pillow. It is so strong and pungent that I can't use them. I have had an allergic reaction to the pillows and even after three weeks the smell is still very strong.
