I wanted to love this pillow! I bought this as a Mother’s Day gift to myself. The pillow is actually great but the smell is unbearable. I let it air out for 3 weeks and I still can’t take the smell. It’s a cross between a chemical and mildew. I washed the pillow cover and even tried to use several pillowcases over it but nothing has worked.

I've had the mattress and the ghost pillow for a little over a month now. I actually enjoy going to bed now instead of dreading it. My back no longer kills me when I wake up in the morning. I would recommend this to anyone with neck and back problems. It is a little firm but I am sure that will adjust the longer you have the bed.

I've tried name a brand of pillow and had stayed away from GhostPillow only because of the price. When added up I could've bought many, many of these. It's hard to describe but your head is supported, yet it feels like nothing is there. Then you just wake up in the morning. My search for the perfect pillow is over. I am a heavy side and stomach sleeper and it's great for both. I've even fell asleep on my back and that had never happened. Not only that but it's perfect for playing on your phone or tablet while laying on your stomach. It's a tiny bit smaller than a regular pillow, I was afraid that would be a problem. It was not, I wake up in the same spot I fell asleep. Great job.

Ok ok I'm sure you have all seen really good reviews for this pillow. I can tell you that it is because the pillow is made of magic. I will admit I have bought many many pillows looking for the one. This is it look no further. My husband and I both had severe neck and shoulder pain before. We purchased these because of all the amazing reviews and money back guarantee and we couldn't be happier. this pillow is amazing, I'm a pretty warm sleeper and this one actually does what is says it does. It cools down and stays cool the ice tech is real. I can't even use my old pillows the same way with out being a bit sore so there was a big change with that alone. It feel great to lay on after a long day. It breathes and is cold to the touch right away don't have worry about cool wide at all which is great highly recommend buying this one I'm going to get a second one my self.

I purchased this mattress and pillows. Neither are anything close to what I was hoping for. I have been sleeping on it for a month and am glad it can finally be returned. Extremely hard mattress and it holds body heat so it makes you extremely hot also.

I haven't been sleeping well lately and my pillow was very old so I did some research for a new one. I came across this company and decided to give them a try. After seeing some negative reviews I tried to cancel my order, the two people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful and in the end I decided to keep my order. The pillow is amazing and I'm so happy I didn't cancel the order. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the it smelled odd after taking it out of the box. That smell went away after some deodorizer spray.

This company is absolutely horrible it's going on 7 weeks and they will not take my pillows back they smell horrific.I went with this company cuz it was Florida based I will never purchase from them again and I am going to file a complaint through PayPal.

I wish I could say I like this memory foam pillow. My friend has one that she bought years ago and I used it for a week an loved it. But maybe they changed the foam quality but it is way too soft (like cheap foam) in that is does not support my head. It does bounce back quite easily. I was traveling often so missed the 30 day trial period but such a disappointment. I bought two unfortunately so I do have an unopened one that I may give to someone who likes soft pillows. It was easy to order and great delivery.

I love the cooling factor that this pillow has as soon as your head hits it. Very breathable and cool. It also will form to your head and will stay in the position you want it to as long as your head is on it. If you push it farther down to make it flatter, it will stay that way, or just gently lay your head down and it will stay firmer. I liked this pillow over the People Pillow.
