If you put anything other than your head on this it will go flat as a pancake. If you sleep on your side and part of your shoulder is on it won't work. Sleep on.your stomach and part of your chest is on it - sinks down until nothing left. Is also isn't any cooler than any other pillow is. I have to constanly flip or my hair sweats. Maybe if you didn't use a case on it it would be cool but then you couldn't keep it clean. If you sleep on your back and only place the back of your head on it then it's fine.

I got the Groupon and should have checked that the pillow is not refundable. I will put it in our guest bedroom and maaaaybe buy another one to match it. It is not that supportive and the cooling technology is not as great as another brand I have. Not the worst but for the price I expected more I guess.

I got two pillows when I bought my bed. It was a package deal. My husband and daughter liked them so much I had to buy them these pillows so they would leave mine alone. They are very supportive and comfortable. Just know that you may have to buy more than you think. Love ghost bed products.

Hi! I'm a Dr. of Chiropractic and had been using another brand of gel memory foam pillow, which i LOVED. I had been using it for several years, so it was no longer providing any support. I have another friend who is also a Chiropractor and she had to keep adjusting my cervical spine (neck region) every week. I was having the same problems over and over again. I was using Salonpas patches or rubbing Icy Hot on my neck several times a night! I was ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE, with constant neck pain and headaches! I had been using another brand of gel memory foam pillow for several years and it was DEFINITELY time for a new one. I WOULD 100% RECOMMENDED THIS PILLOW TO ANYONE who wants to wake up with NO NECK PAIN! The gel memory foam Ghost Pillow was TRULY the answer to my prayers! I'm looking into trying a mattress next!

Do not be afraid of the future way to buy a mattress. I have changed my old school thinking that if a mattress does not come from a furniture store, and can come mailed to my house in a box, it must be cheap. If you are thinking this way..don't!! Ghostbed bed is quality! Great warranty to back it up. The home trail period at home is better than any you would get from the traditional way of purchasing. It shipped within a day! Set up was supper easy. I got California King and i should have waited for help to set up. Not impossible, just a little heavy for one person. I was just so anxious. After I did so much review of the various mattresses out there, I was confident I made right choice. The latex layer on top should be your deciding factor. Latex eliminates sleeping hot and latex bounces back enough to not feel so foamy. Plus, the company has been in business longer than others. Thier parent company has made quality ladders forever. (Werner) I just love my Ghostbed from DAY 1. Me or my partner had no problem adjusting and felt 100% better in the morning. No stiffness or pressure point pain. My partner was able to finally sleep solid thoughout the night. Definitely recommend!! This is the new way to buy a mattress.

I never could find a pillow made for side sleeping that was comfortable, not too firm, or didn’t lose its shape almost immediately. I get great support from this pillow while still being able to “squish” it like a soft down, and it returns to its original shape right away! I can tell a big difference in my neck pain while falling asleep, and I don’t have to worry about any allergens bothering my asthma. I officially love this pillow!

Although I would say that my quality of sleep has vastly improved since getting my Ghost Bed and Ghost Pillow, the pillow is definitely the lesser contributor. Put simply, it's too tall. No matter which position I'm in, I find it very difficult to get comfortable. To back this up, I just received a pillow as a Kickstarter reward from a competing mattress company, and it's been nothing short of amazing. I'll keep my Ghost Pillows around for guests, but don't plan on using them in the future.

I may still need some time to adjust, but the bed seems hard. I feel like I am on top of the mattress without sinking in at all. I sleep on my sides and I have arthritic shoulders and the bed feels hard on my shoulders. I will give it a bit more time. We can at least use it in our spare bedroom. The pillow is not to my liking. The pre-formed form cannot be manipulated or pushed into any other shape, really only good if you sleep flat on your back. Sorry about that. John Sokolowski

So my last memory foam type pillow was really heavy and hard, but I never had any neck pain so I adjusted to it. This pillow is much softer and comfier (not to mention lighter!)but still seems to support my neck well enough. Sometimes it seems like it might be a teeny bit too soft, but my neck never hurts, so I think I just need to get used to it. My husband really likes super soft fluffy pillows so I was surprised to notice how often he steals it!

I had a previous foam pillow that was VERY hard (rock hard. If you got hit with it you would bruise -lol-). It was the only pillow that kept my neck aligned and kept it from hurting and giving me migraines. To my horror it was lost on a family vacation. Since then, sleep has been terrible. I have been trying to find another pillow for the past year, at this point I have purchased almost 10 pillows without relief. Foam pillows, shredded foam, down pillows, "high supportive" pillows, you name it. After finding Ghostpillow and seeing the reviews I gave it a go... again. When I took it out of the box and "smushed" it I felt it was too soft, with a lot of give. I thought there is no way it would be supportive enough for me. The pillow felt plush, not super solid like my last one, I knew it would not work. (I always wished I was one of those people that could sleep on those squishy soft pillows that felt like marshmallows, but I am not). Let me just say, I was just flat out wrong this time. I took it for a spin that night and was sold. My head did squish into the pillow, but then it stopped at just the right height to align my spine, no more, no less. It felt soft, like a marshmallow a bit, but it really was supportive. I was worried the pillow would flatten during the night and allow my head to drop at an angle, it didn't. It was my pillow miracle. I've had the pillow for many weeks now and I am very happy. I am sleeping well, no neck aches or migraines at all. It is just comfortable and supportive. I am sold on Ghostpillow, so much so that I have a second spare one in my closet "just in case" I lose this one I won't have to worry. I am not willing to go without a good pillow another night. After a year of my search, it is over.
