Head and shoulders normally makes my hair feel dry hard but this made my hair feel soft after and my scalp isn't as itchy as it has been.

And after wash, my hair still has a lot of knots. I feel like conditioner aspect is a little lacking here.

It does clear dandruff, and they don’t cause irritation. The only downsides are that you need to shampoo your twice if you want to remove the buildup and this might dry your hair.
