It was you typical gyro meat. Pressed together and little oily from fat. Taste was good. Very quick to reheat in a bowl in the microwave. Enjoyed.

We just tried this again after not see it at Sam's Club. It was tasted at the tasting booth. So good!

It's an ok product crisps nice but more fat than flavor as far as gyro meat it's kinda bland lacking salinity. It's good in a pinch

Very good. We microwaved a bag and we cooked a bag up in the skillet. Had to make our own tzatziki sauce. But all around good.

This Gyro meat is really quite good! I like to pan fry it, just to get a little brown on it. It is very soft, and easy to chew.
