The topper was listed as firm support for side sleepers on review websites. It did not turn out to be firm and my husband, who has back issues, could not coop with it. I called to return the topper and was informed that it was not returnable. They did tell me to turn it over and it would be firmer. It was but I would not have bought this if I had known it was not firm. I did not find it clear that it would not be returnable, most of the site boosts the returnability of their beds. I would only recommend this product if you did not want firm support.

Hate it! Never hurt so bad when sleeping!! Tryed to talk to someone about refund or some sort of reciprocation and the gentleman more less said sorry for your bad luck its yours now!!!! It just plain did not work for me!! It's only a couple of weeks old!! If anyone ask I'll tell them stay away!!!

This topper didn't seem to help my hip pain, actually it made my hips feel much worse after using it, and it's been a few weeks now, no better....It may be due to the cooling cover, as it fits rather tightly? Other gel toppers, (I've had 4, plus a few more for my extra bedrooms), have worked much better for me and my company in the past. This one is firmer, possibly due to the cover... My husband likes this one better because it's definitely more firm, I do not, and have had to resort to using my old gel topper on top of this one. It makes our bed look ridiculous since my half is higher than my husbands. He doesn't want thicker gel on his side. I'm very Disappointed in this topper, since it was much more expensive than all others I bought in the past. I gave my feedback to the company asking for their help, maybe there is something better they can offer, but haven't yet heard back, except they would like me to compete a survey? If you have hip or joint problems, I would not recommend. Or, if you would like your mattress to be softer like most gel toppers will provide, again, I'd try a different one, maybe one of Amazon's choices, they have always worked well for me. My other topper was working just fine and was fairly new, but I ordered this one because one of the reviewers said it felt helped their hips.... And I thought, if it costs more, maybe it'll be even better? ...not so for me... Perhaps their hip problems are different than mine.

The Ghost Bed Memory Topper has helped me sleep back in my bed. I’ve been sleeping on my recliner for about 6 months. It allows me to turn to one side without hurting my shoulders . I have Fibromyalgia so my body hurts all the time. The Topper gives me room to turn to the other side. I sleep through the night and get a restful sleep.

My daughter gave me a traditional memory foam ghost pillow not long ago and I loved how cool it felt. When I discovered that ghost pillow made a faux down version I thought I’d try it. I do like it quite a bit, and most of my pillows are down or feather/down. The ghost pillow faux down is VERY soft, similar to a down pillow, which in my opinion are really Too soft, crushable— I always end up doubling the pillow. The ghost version is slightly more supportive. I alternate between this and their memory foam, or both

I bought a topper first for my son. He is both a Policeman and in the Army. He is 6’7, played football all through Jr High and High School and later began power lifting as well. All of these things have contributed to his significant back pain. Especially because of his career, it was extremely important to me that he gets good, comfortable rest after shift. Although I really wanted to get him the full base and mattress for him when he moves into his new house, the topper was more affordable for me. He loved his so much I bought myself one!

This has been a game changer. I would wake up pretty much every morning and my back hurt. Since I put the topper on my bed, NO MORE BACK PAIN!! I'm thrilled! I've had toppers before, but this one is so much better. The others were way to soft and this one is the perfect amount of cushion.

Well, can't believe I fell for the information provided on website, sucker born every day. Yes, I read information that stated your pad may not be same as pictured, but I also read what the different design patterns were to accomplish. Pray tell, how would that be accomplished if pattern nothing like what was quoted on website. Then they provide a mattress cover made of material that traps heat, interesting. Bogus countdown of sale prices also, been counting down since early July. Shame on me, waste of hard earned money. Lesson learned.

I used this topper on my RV camper mattress and it absolutely became a game changer. Sleeping in the camper now mirrors the comfort of my ghost mattress at home. If you’re questioning whether you need the topper or not, the answer is a resounding yes.

Never got what I order been over 2 months and don't even have my money back. Business is ran horribly. This company won't be around very long. 400 plus complaints with the BBB. Will never order anything from this crappy place that can't even get an order right.
