This topper didn't seem to help my hip pain, actually it made my hips feel much worse after using it, and it's been a few weeks now, no better....It may be due to the cooling cover, as it fits rather tightly? Other gel toppers, (I've had 4, plus a few more for my extra bedrooms), have worked much better for me and my company in the past. This one is firmer, possibly due to the cover... My husband likes this one better because it's definitely more firm, I do not, and have had to resort to using my old gel topper on top of this one. It makes our bed look ridiculous since my half is higher than my husbands. He doesn't want thicker gel on his side. I'm very Disappointed in this topper, since it was much more expensive than all others I bought in the past. I gave my feedback to the company asking for their help, maybe there is something better they can offer, but haven't yet heard back, except they would like me to compete a survey? If you have hip or joint problems, I would not recommend. Or, if you would like your mattress to be softer like most gel toppers will provide, again, I'd try a different one, maybe one of Amazon's choices, they have always worked well for me. My other topper was working just fine and was fairly new, but I ordered this one because one of the reviewers said it felt helped their hips.... And I thought, if it costs more, maybe it'll be even better? ...not so for me... Perhaps their hip problems are different than mine.

topper quality is B- at best. The advertisement for "lightning fast delivery" is a joke. Also very poor communication on shipment progress after the order was placed. Had to contact support 3 times for updates and info received was not accurate. IMO the product is overpriced...

The topper is very comfortable, and the included cover fits both the topper and mattress. Maintains comfortable sleeping temperature so far (summer has not yet come). Very comfortable. Ordering process not seamless, had to follow up several times to get order placed, but then arrived quickly.

I was on the pillow hunt! I bought all 3 pillow types from Ghostbed that they offered. This one, super soft cover. And a really nice pillow. Reminded me of my down pillow I had as a kid. But it was just too soft for me now. I sank in too far, or at least I felt I did. I prefer the memory foam pillow. I gave this pillow though to my sister, and she loves it. She has also been on the hunt, and it's perfect for her. She likes the squishable down feel. So to each their own! It is a quality pillow, and really nice soft cover. Just wasn't for me.

I never could find a pillow made for side sleeping that was comfortable, not too firm, or didn’t lose its shape almost immediately. I get great support from this pillow while still being able to “squish” it like a soft down, and it returns to its original shape right away! I can tell a big difference in my neck pain while falling asleep, and I don’t have to worry about any allergens bothering my asthma. I officially love this pillow!

I’ve purchased three now hated taking it back and forth to the camper on the weekends. Definitely had to buy the wife one so she would stop stealing mine. I’m a pillow snob and this pillow is by far the best pillow I’ve slept on. I take it everywhere I sleep.

I haven’t been totally comfortable at night with my pillow for years. Then we got the GhostBed classic mattress with 2 shredded pillows. That made a big difference. I have slept most of the night and felt very refreshed in the morning. After a few months the pillow didn’t feel as good as when we got it. Both of our shredded pillows are still the same even after 3 washings. Our cats love those pillows. We bought the faux down pillow on the recommendation of my daughter. She bought the luxe mattress with 1 memory foam and 1 faux down pillows. She loves the faux down and her husband does as well. He got the memory foam and after a while he tried the faux down and now they’re going to buy a faux down for him. I tried my daughters pillow and it was much better than the shredded pillows we originally got with our mattress. Since I’ve got the faux down pillow I’ve been sleeping better than ever before. My co worker inquired about it and she bought one. She had a brain tumor removed 20 years ago and didn’t sleep well with any pillow. Now that she has the faux down pillow she can sleep all night. She is so much more refreshed in the morning now. If you have any trouble with sleeping or your neck gives you trouble every so often I’d recommend the faux down pillow. It’s worked with 4 people I know and I’m talking to my brother-in-law about getting one. He’s had 2 neck surgeries and is uncomfortable most nights. You can go wrong with this Ollie. If you love down pillows but are allergic to the down then this pillow is what you want. And you can’t go wrong. If it’s not giving you a comfortable night’s sleep you have the 101 night trial. I bought the Ghostbed Memory Foam Topper to replace my 3 inch latex topper. I have a very expensive king tempurpedic bed due to my severe osteoarthritis. The only problem with the bed is after laying in it for 30 minutes I become terribly hot. The latex topper was my solution to separate me from the bed and solve the problem of overwarming. It worked well FOR A WHILE. After about 10 months... in spite of rotating the latex topper with every sheet change... it developed a slant that could NOT be ignored and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I bought the Ghostbed Memory Foam Topper to replace the latex topper. It is very comfortable for my aching bones, and does not cook me in my bed. Thank you Ghostbed! So far so good!

I have enjoyed the pillow so far having had it for only about a month. It has become significantly flatter in that short time, but it can be shaped to your preferences. I like to sleep on my back and have my head supported as it rests to one side and this pillow does work for that. I would have liked it to have more stuffing, though.
