i LOVE THE TOPPER. HOWEVER,  IT IS A LITTLE LARGE FOR MY QUEEN BED (BUT i AM DEALING WITH IT).

SIZE

The pillow is not firm which I prefer in a pillow. Lays flat with enough arch support for my neck.

I took it off the bed. I woke up with more pain in the hips and back. Disappointed.

Glad we purchased

I bought this mattress topper hopeful that it would help my lower back pain from arthritis and other issues. I do not like it at all. I tried to return it, given that the reason I chose this company over other brands is the 100+ night trial policy. Apparently I didn’t read the fine print that mattress toppers are excluded from this trial that they brandish all over their website. So I was denied a refund. I can’t recommend this topper, or this company.

Not good for arthritis

I got this pillow because another reviewer called it soft and squishy. That is what I wanted and it is in fact that way. It helps with neck pain by not having firmness. However, I am not getting any cooling effect on this pillow. I have had a warm spot several times while trying to sleep.
