Purchased the bed for my mother, for her medical issues. She likes it a lot, still learning new things about the bed's functions. The matress is perfect for her and she sleeps comfortablely. The only issues is it too high with the 12" legs, will be puchasing the 6" legs.

I don’t like how the boxes were left outside. I understand due to covid, but they were heavy. The assistance would have been nice. Other then that the bed is great. I don’t have any hip or joint pain when I wake up on the mornings. It’s been fun playing with the bed

We got the mattress topper for our king mattress. It didn't really make that much difference. Also, even though we have deep pocket sheets, the topper caused all of our sheets (no matter what the brand) to come undone at the corners, and we wake up in the morning with a sheet that is all undone and crumpled underneath us. We wouldn't return the topper (if we could) but we also would not buy one again. Sorry, we really wanted to like it!

Best sleep I've had in years! Got the adjustible base and a mattress (from a separate store). After doing multiple research and comparisons, I settled on the Ghostbed adjustible base. Its very heavy and will definitely need 2 persons to move. Assembly was very easy. Just take out the box, screw on the legs and attach the motor. I didn't need to take the slats off in my existing bed frame, the adjustible base just fit right in. Multiple pre set positions on the remote control including zero gravity, reading, watching TV. The movement is quite flawless and very quiet. The remote is backlit and makes it easier to see once a button is pressed. The flashlight in the remote is handy as well. Great purchase and the price was unbeatable.

Over 1 month in, and I really enjoy the comfort of the adjustable base. It supports my queen mattress, and I have been sleeping better on this setup than on my old mattress + box spring combo. The base adjusts as expected, and I have used it for TV or reading positions mostly. I would like the massage to be a little stronger, but it's still pretty nice as is. The wireless remote is certainly handy. The USB chargers are decent (not fast charging, but good enough to charge my phone overnight) and convenient. Installation takes a little while, but is not difficult. The instructions are clear, so that's not problematic.

The boxes were heavy, but luckily I had some help. It was super easy to set up and some parts were heavy to turn over but again I luckily had help. The lighting underneath is not bright but perfect if you need a bit of light to see and not wake anyone up. The bed is firm but my guests who slept on it said they didn’t wake up hurting like they did own their own bed. Great purchase!

The adjustable foundation is fantastic. There is under bed lighting, a massage feature and even a USB hook up. I needed the bed for my back problems and it has finally given me amazing sleep. I have the classic mattress with it that is very suitable for my condition

Easily assembled , bed is amazing with back and neck pain!!!! It’s helps me sleep they the whole night and was having trouble doing that for a long time . I would get this bed if you are having problems sleeping abs problems with back and neck pain . Also delivery was really quick.. I have told friends and family about ghost bed and they are thinking about switching and giving them a try

Everything is really good. My only issue was the shipping. The pillows and sheets arrived first, 3 days later the mattress showed up. Finally after about a week the adjustable base came. It’s comfortable. So I gave 4 stars, but I’m glad I didn’t take the old bed down before I got the first delivery..

We are enjoying the GhostBed Topper. It has turned our nightmare mattress into a sweet dream. I really like the cover that came with it and do not have to rearrange the topper each time I change the bedding. I would have given a rating of 5 stars but the delivery time pushed me to lower the rating. If you can be patient with the lengthy delivery time you will be happy with the product overall. It is worth the wait.
