The boxes were heavy, but luckily I had some help. It was super easy to set up and some parts were heavy to turn over but again I luckily had help. The lighting underneath is not bright but perfect if you need a bit of light to see and not wake anyone up. The bed is firm but my guests who slept on it said they didn’t wake up hurting like they did own their own bed. Great purchase!

Ghostbed met all my expectations. The adjustable base is terrific and the mattress very comfortable. We really like the memory foam pillows as they provide stable neck support. Easy setup for the base and mattress and no issues with the hardware. Thanks Ghostbed

The bed was easy to set up. However, we find the mattresses to be too large for the frame. They hang slightly over the edges with no support. The mattress on another frame would be fine. I love the features of the adjustable bed, however it is hard to get in a comfortable sitting position and stay there. I am sliding forward and my lumbar is not getting enough support. Again, I attribute this to the thickness of the mattress. Otherwise, the mattress is comfortable.

The bases arrived within a few days and were easy to set up despite only French instructions provided. Had to download English on the internet. One function did not work as described but was eventually fixed after much emailing back and forth. So far the bases work as described.

We are very happy with everything. It was the answer for my wife with back issues . She had not been able to sleep in a regular bed for months. With the adjustable features offered it was the answer for her. Worked out great for both of us. I prefer flat on my back. So now I can raise my side for watching TV and flat for sleeping.

I really enjoy the adjustable base however the mattress & I are still not getting along I was truly hoping for a great nights sleep with the great reviews I’ve seen...so far I’m still up a good amount of time through the night unfortunately!! I hope the mattress will start forming maybe & start helping me sleep through the night soon

I am sleeping much better! We have a new mattress but it was too firm and I was waking up sore and sometimes with part of my arms or hands feeling numb or tingly. I was worried that I would get too hot as I am going through menopause but I am not feeling hot! Love it!

These are not adjustable base legs! They cannot be added to the 12 inch legs that come with the mattress or a combo. They are very difficult to decipher. What they are is a breakdown of your platform to make it have a short as it is. I am trying to return mine and it is as hard to return it as it was to get it!

We have been a faithful Sleep Number family, we have converted to GhostBed, 4 and counting. The adjustable bed is perfect, I have Psoriatic Arthritis severe back issues. It is nice to use just one GhostBed Pillow in place of 6 pillows to get comfortable. Thank you!!

Purchased the split king Lux with adjustable frame. Outstanding quality and most comfortable bed my wife and I have ever slept in. With the adjustability there is no sacrifice of comfort when adjusting bed to address snoring or acid reflux. Prior to our purchase, my wife and I were experiencing what we believed to be age related aches and pains getting up in the morning. Apparently, those annoyances were not related to age because on the Lux we haven’t experienced them. Very pleased with the quality, comfort, and adjustability of our purchase.
