Have only use the bed for a couple weeks, but early impression is that its traditional Hot memory foam - nothing cooling about the mattress.

Bought our base a month ago and it works Great , we bought our Mattress a few years ago and just got the base for it and it made a big difference in our sleeping ! The adjustable bed frames arrived quickly and well packed. Putting them together and getting them into operation literally took 10 minutes. I ordered (2) XL single bases to make a split king adjustable bed. Everything worked on both beds and they do a great job of adjusting positions. I really like the under-bed lighting and USB charger blocks. The remote is also very well laid out - and I the inclusion of a led flashlight on it is well appreciated. Overall, if you are unsure about the Ghost Bed adjustable frames I can tell you that for me they worked out great.

My wife and I had really been struggling with sore shoulders and hips with our old bed. That is no longer a problem with this bed. Very comfortable and cool! Also, my wife likes to sleep with her head elevated slightly, so the adjustable frame is perfect. The only issue was that the hinges on the frame were slightly bent upon arrival, but still useable.

Very easy purchase especially during the pandemic. We had such high hopes for this mattress topper. Our foam mattress had been causing my wife so much discomfort due to overheating at night. I purchased this product with the sole purpose of providing her relief from the heat. However, on the very first night, she admitted that it made no difference in cooling her down.
