We waited over two and a half months for this product. The whole process was disgusting with how the company handled it. We were upset that they had falsely advertised the processing and shipping timeframes and whenever we called for any type of update we were met with “we don’t know” The product once finally delivered 60 days past the promised timeframe is a good product, but buyer beware if you’re expecting your purchase in a timely fashion

It's the perfect amount of firmness for both me and my husband we have been looking for a while and we were both very sceptical on buying online without being able to try it out 1st and we are far from disappointed. About ten months ago we got the Ghostbed split king adjustable bed, and sheet set. Absolutely loved the bed and sheets! It's like having an "ahhhh" moment every time we get into bed! A few weeks ago we decided to get the memory foam topper. Now it is perfect!! I recently had a knee replacement and I can honestly say having the Ghostbed made my recovery so much better. Being able to adjust the angle of my legs at the touch of a button was so convenient. It made it so much easier to get comfortable. And now with the memory foam topper we couldn't be happier! We did have an issue that we had to call customer service about, and the customer service team couldn't have been more accommodating and efficient at resolving our issue. Really an excellent company to do business with. Thank you!

The Ghostbed foundation base is a wonderful treat to have for yourself are your partner in your home! The setup is easy it requires almost no tools and 15 to 20 minutes of your time, also it fit directly in the middle of my bed frame perfectly! I ordered The headboard brackets which was a waste of money because the company will not give you a full refund whether the box is open are not. The options that come with this foundation is the best for me being that I have back surgery this is what I was looking for & it has answered prayers!!

Not happy with the new mattress or adjustable bed frame. We tried it and the bed does not support your body like A memory foam. Very disappointing. The sides do not have enough support if you sleep by the edge it sinks right down. When I called for the return I feel Like I’m getting the run around. Now I’m Being told the frame is not returnable I was never told that if I bought a bundle you had to keep the frame. This is very disappointing to me. All they could say was well it is on the website. When I purchased it I was told if I wasn’t happy I could get a full refund within the trial period.

I bought a topper first for my son. He is both a Policeman and in the Army. He is 6’7, played football all through Jr High and High School and later began power lifting as well. All of these things have contributed to his significant back pain. Especially because of his career, it was extremely important to me that he gets good, comfortable rest after shift. Although I really wanted to get him the full base and mattress for him when he moves into his new house, the topper was more affordable for me. He loved his so much I bought myself one!

My old mattress was still in good shape after 30 years but it was too firm for my aging hips. The ghost bed is the perfect combination of softness and support, my sleeping is now very good. I like raising the head instead of having two pillows. Now when I set the bed back to flat, I feel the strain on my back and realize how it was effecting my comfort, very nice to be able to adjust.
