We've had a Tempurpedic mattress for the past 7 years. It just wasn't making my back happy any more at all. For the past couple of years I was waking up in awful pain! After researching several mattresses, we settled on the Ghostbed with dual adjustable bases. There was a small issue with our initial shipment- one of our twin XL mattresses was not the correct mattress- but Customer Service was very responsive and corrected the error right away. I especially loved that they had us donate the mattress that was shipped in error to a local charity, rather than having us return it. Once we had the new mattresses, everything was easily set up. I love this mattress so much more than the Tempurpedic Cloud we had before - and with the adjustable base, my back is finally waking up happy in the morning! It does take a little getting used to going from one king mattress to a split king - but having the dual adjustable bases makes it a very bearable change! The top surface of these mattresses is very satiny, so we found that our sheets were sliding around on them. However, that issue was easily solved by getting mattress protectors to put under the sheets. We are very satisfied with the mattresses and the entire process, and would definitely recommend Ghostbed! And seriously, if you have back problems, the adjustable base is definitely a lifesaver!

This adjustable bed is the best decision we have ever made! We went back and forth about whether we should get an adjustable bed or just a platform for the mattress. Now we wonder why we waited so long! Honestly speaking, we can’t wait to jump in bed at night and we literally don’t want to get out of bed in the morning. It is that comfortable! We liked our first one so much, we bought another for our guest room! I strongly recommend the split king if there are two of you in the bed.

This Bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever bought. Being adjustable has helped with my acid reflux. there is only one thing I would change in the design of this bed and that is to make it where the bed can be raised or lowered to allow for care of patients that are immobile.

Actually the star rating would be a 4.5 if that was possible. The mattress is comfortable and supportive. I find it is just a bit too firm for my taste so am considering a mattress topper. Though as my wife says, it took me 6 months to decide on the GhostBed so it will probably take longer to decide on a mattress topper. I am so glad we got the adjustable base. We use many of the functions, especially the massage function, more often than we thought we would.

At first, I wasn’t sure. It felt different from other memory foam toppers that I have tried. My hips really sank down in, BUT I noticed that first morning I woke up after using it, My back felt better. I had been dealing with back pain. I also noticed that I started sleeping better, a deeper sleep. The more I sleep on it the more I am getting used to it. I just hope it doesn’t break down too quickly. This is why it is a 4 star. Haven’t had it that long.

My sister told me about this bed for our mom. I saw the reviews and we decided to get one for her. The first frame came in with delivery damage and the company did terrific replacing it. The new one arrived and we put it together with no problems. Our mom loves the adjustable aspect of it and is really happy. We are glad she has comfortable adjustments.

The Bed is Great, I had no problem with getting used to it at all. My wife took a few days but she thinks its great as well. However both bed bases showed up within a week but I still didn’t have the mattresses or pillows and sheets? Finally received the mattresses a week later but still no pillows or sheets? Pillows showed up but had 4 of the same ? Supposed to have 2 small 2 larger? Sheets showed up over a month later after many Emails back and forth? Still working on the pillows? After all is said and done we are getting a good nights sleep!!!

Base was late arriving but was worth the wait! Compared to other bases we had priced it is solid value for all that it is able to due. The 3D Matrix matress is beyond comfortable and the best feature is its cooling capabilities! You are worth spoiling yourself!

The good: We got the king size, which comes in 2 separate, standalone bases. For the first time in a long time, I'm sleeping through the whole night. Presets like Zero Gravity are helpful, but you can create any combination for lounging, watching TV, and even breastfeeding for my wife. Ghostbed's adjustable base has all the bells and whistles, and if you've done your research you know that this is the best deal for what you get. The bad: a few minor drawbacks... The motors aren't "whisper quiet" but they're not annoying either. The underbed LED's work fine but don't light up anything except what's directly under the bed, which isn't helpful. The remotes are neat, but it was a pain to sync to both bases (we're using a king mattress). Also, rarely, one of the two bases doesn't receive the remote signal, so only one side moves. Stopping and pressing again quickly corrects this. Also keep in mind that, unlike their mattresses, the adjustable base has no trial period and cannot be returned. The fixable: The first base came together like a charm and took less time than expected. The second one, however, would not line up or click when expanded. Seemed like a manufacturing defect. The only way to correct this was to disassemble and reassemble the whole joint. Had I not had power tools and a hammer, I would have had to go through the hassle of getting it exchanged. This is the only reason for deducting a star. The last gripe I have is that although it was labeled as a king set, the two bases can't be physically connected. On carpet, that should be no problem. But our bedroom has hardwood flooring, and the bases' feet are plastic and can drift over time. This was overcome by tying one of the front and rear legs from each base to each other with a bungee cord. Despite the few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this base to anyone who is looking for a fully loaded, luxury bed experience without the high price tag.

I greatly appreciate your company for making a quality product at a reasonable price. This bed is absolutely fantastic! I love my bed.
