Real nice, comfortable and cool mattress topper. We really love it. Shipping was a little slow at about a month but I think that was due to some labor shortages. Anyway, wherever mattress toppers got their reputation for being warm this topper has nothing to do with them. It’s really nice and comfy. We’ll worth the price.

We were very disappointed in the bed. It is actually less comfortable than the 10 year old bed were were using. It is very firm, and is uncomfortable to sleep in. Often we toss and turn all night due to the fact that it puts to much pressure on the shoulders and hips. I would not buy this product again, and wish I had not purchased it in the first place. The adjustable bases are okay, only problem with them is that one of them was already damaged when we got it. The legs screw into place on the frame, but two of the holes that the legs screw into were already stripped and bent. When we contacted customer service we were told that that is why they have two of them set into the frame. It makes us very Leary that the other one will strip out shortly and then the base will be unusable. The pillows were unusable, and we had bought the different versions of them from this company. All around we are very disappointed with this bed, and definitely would not recommend it.

I'm a 34 year old physician and my wife is a nurse. I started to develope some neck pain from our 8 year old bed. I would wake up with my head wedged between the bed and the headboard. Needless to say, after review extensively, including consumer reports, I decided to buy the split king with adjustable frame. All I can say is WOW! My wife and i are THOUROUGHLY pleased. No more waking up with "morning neck." The bed is firm, yet plush. The adjustable frame is very sturdy and well built; I believe it will last a long time! Set up was simple, i did it alone in 15 minutes. This setuo was the best value for the dollar I could find. Overall, I would say 5/5! We love our bed and look forward to many more restful nights.

We bought the split king bundle with the 3D matrix mattresses. Everything is amazing. It was super easy to put together. Our 7 year old granddaughter did most of it. The mattresses puffed up quickly and we put on the mattress protector, which has the same pretty design as the mattress. We put on the sheets and the Ghost pillows. The first night was so amazing. The bed is so cool and comfortable. The split in the middle is barely noticeable when snuggling. We’ve used the bed for about a week now. It is still wonderful. My allergies are acting up so I love lifting the head of the bed and being able to breathe.

It's the perfect amount of firmness for both me and my husband we have been looking for a while and we were both very sceptical on buying online without being able to try it out 1st and we are far from disappointed. Its super comfortable for us both so we have a happy sleep it gives us so much comfort knowing out kids love it as well!!!

I have really painful arthritis in my hip and knee that makes it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I had pretty much given up on finding a comfortable bed to sleep in and had been sleeping in my recliner. Then I saw the GhostBed ad, and I am SO glad I ordered one! The adjustable base allows me to find the perfect, most comfortable position, and the mattress cradles my body and takes any pressure off my hip and knee. got spilt king very pleased,my wife got all kind of problems with her back, knees and hip. she is gettingbetter sleep. I have sleep apnea and it realy helps me breath better. I was easy to install, took about a hour. The people at the storewhere very professional knew their product and helped me get everything elese I needed I would recomend this product to anybody that wants better sleep

Love the adjustable base with the massage therapy, love the remote, easy to put together, love the sheets, love the pillows, my husband loves the mattress, I don’t like the mattress. Hardest bed I ever tried to sleep on. I have Osteoporosis and I have hurt and cried since we got it! I bought a mattress topper and that has helped a little bit but after paying so much for the bed I shouldn’t have to buy a topper! My husband LOVES IT so I am trying to learn to live with it! It is cooler than most mattresses, still have times it is hot but not as much. Florida is hot and humid what else can I say!

My story is unusual. I bought the combo and had it delivered back in November. BUT...due to home renovations and other circumstances, I wasn't able to start actually sleeping in it until this week (post-Christmas). The last week's sleep has been fantastic. I'm a die-hard side sleeper and I always wake up with hip pain. This week? None. Nada. Zilch. I'm really, really happy with that!Having said that, I will say that the massage feature could stand some improvement. While the mattress is far and away better than what I was using, the base on my old bed's massage unit was amazing. The massage unit on the Ghost base is more like laying on a buzz as opposed to a real "rolling" type of massage.However. I love the built-in USB chargers, the mattress, the adjustable settings and everything else about this combo, so I can live with a "buzz." It's just something for Ghost bed to consider moving forward.

I say 'kids' because they are my children, but they are both over 21. They had been using the same mattress since middle school. They were not bad mattresses, but over time they were no longer comfortable. Especially for my daughter sleeping on a flat mattress was proving to be a problem. So my wife and I purchased these beds as a surprise. From the first night they have LOVED these beds. The fact that they can adjust both the head and the foot to their comfort has given them better sleep. Especially with my son, who occasionally suffers with Acid Reflux, sleeping with his torso elevated helps quite a bit. We were concerned that both of them had large mattresses (one Full, one Queen) and we were going to a Twin XL. The concern was unwarranted, they have not missed the extra size, they are extremely happy with the new beds. Now the challenge is getting them out of it. :)
