We love our new ghost bed. The comfort of the lux bed is better than expected. I am a hot sleeper and this bed is just what I needed, the cooling is just what they advertised. We are both sleeping great. The adjustable bed is amazing and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for total comfort in a new bed. The vibration part of the bed really takes you to a new level of comfort. I have had back surgery and the vibrating really helps to relax the lower back and allows me to sleep much better and fall asleep faster. There is so much to say about the ghost bed that I am not sure where to stop the comfort is really beyond words and the quality of the mattress is top notch. The bed frame is very solid from top to bottom. I really like a few of the little features like the under bed lighting for getting up in the middle of the night for that bathroom stop. It makes it much safer getting back into the bedroom and bed. I also like the USB ports for plugging in all your items that need to be charged through the night. I know a bed is a very expensive investment but it is just that an investment in your health for the future and this is one investment that I don’t regret one bit. I feel great in the morning when I wake up to go to work. The instructions were very easy to follow and made it very easy to set up. The installation very also very simple. I would recommend this bed to anyone.

The mattress Memory Foam Topper from GhostBed is great. I ordered it because my lower back pain and shoulder pain was waking me up nightly. Since using the mattress topper, I have slept more soundly and have not had nearly as much pain as I did without using it (they are old sports injuries so there will be pain always no matter what but this drastically decreased how intense and frequent the pain was while sleeping). The biggest issue I had was the shipping, it took a long time (close to 2 months) from when I ordered it to when it was actually delivered.

I really wanted to like this product. First, the shipping. The website said 8-10 days. Then after 10 days I inquired and they told me it was 10-14 days. After 14 days I inquired and they told me next week.... then next week... then have me the run around about how great their product was.... then no answers at all as to when I would receive the product. Almost 3 months later it arrived. It's basically a foam Topper you can get anywhere. It's nothing special. Cost a lot for it.... too much and too to top it all... it makes you extremely hot at night. Such an awful experience all around :(

I suffer from sinus headaches and snoring. I’m used to sleeping on a wedge pillow and waking up with back pain so we decided on an adjustable bed. After much research we decided on Ghost bed. Got the bundle and it was the best decision we ever made. After a month on the snoring position ,no more headaches or snoring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent the extra for the NATURAL Ghost bed, so I was so disappointed when the mattress had a strong chemical smell. I have had it for 4 weeks now, and the smell is still not gone. We aired it out, then every couple days I strip the bed, open the windows and try to air it out. I sleep with a very thick comforter next to the mattress, covered by a thick mattress pad to try to keep the smell away from me while I sleep. If it was going to have these fumes anyway, I wish I would have gone with a regular ghost bed. This one bunches badly when you have the head raised. The bed was advertised to arrive in 2-5 days, but it took 15 days. I thought I was getting 2 free ghost pillows, but none were included. My daughter has a Ghost Bed that she loves, so I was pretty surprised with all these issues.

This Bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever bought. Being adjustable has helped with my acid reflux. there is only one thing I would change in the design of this bed and that is to make it where the bed can be raised or lowered to allow for care of patients that are immobile.

I am really enjoying my sleep at night now. The bed is really comfortable. The only thing I think they could change is they need to be able to tie the split king bed frames together so that it still feels you are sleeping on a king size bed and the animals do t fall through the cracks

While I LOVE this base, I recommend you have help when you move this into your home. It is quite heavy. Assembly was quick and easy. I did not enjoy the excessively long wait for it to ship. A week after order, we got an email saying it shipped. A few days later we received, not the base, but the mattress itself. Then we were told shipping the base would take longer due to COVID-19. That was all fine. Another email came saying base shipped. We received instead, our shredded pillows. Again, we received another email, this time stating that the base was on backorder. In all, it took two months after the time we received our mattress go get our base.

Thank you for no more back aches, no more spouse snoring, and the ease to adjust to any position! We went from a Sleep Number bed for some 20 years and took a chance on this bed sight unseen, but we could not be happier! We have a Split King and could not be happier!

Impressed with the overall quality, no complaints other than delivery. Not sure if Ghostbed deserves the blame for it but we received our mattress and frame almost a week apart and the delivery was delayed multiple times. The bed and base seem like a good value.
