I am very happy with this bed. I like the feature which allows me to press one button and it completely goes into flat mode, because I have poor dexterity. According to my son-in-law who is a mechanic/elevator/knowledgeable, the mechanism of the motor is much superior to the old adjustable bed I had, and would be more durable. I am also very pleased with the way the order was taken and delivered promptly.

The adjustable base is terrific - smooth power even with two people on the bed, undercarriage lighting, and the remote even has a LED flashlight built into it! The only issue we have with the bed is the massage function. There are only two motors - one on at the top on the left, and one at the bottom on the right. This means one person gets back massage function, while the other only gets legs. We do like the massage motors (rumble packs in essence), we just with both of us could get the full vibration in back and legs. If two additional motors were added, balancing this out, it would be a 5 star adjustable base. Overall we are very happy with the range of motion, and find it quite comfortable - whether we are sleeping, lounging, or watching TV. Also great for elevating legs if someone has an injury. Honestly, better than most hospital power bases!

We love this topper! We have a mattress that is like a cinder block. We put 2 different toppers on the bed together and it still was rock hard. We removed both toppers and put on the ghost bed topper. What a huge difference! It feels like we bought a plush mattress. This is a phenomenal product.

I have never had such an amazing memory foam topper in my life! I lay on it, and it cradles my body! I have a lot of back pain, and this has helped me tremendously! This adjustable bed has met all my expectations. Very easy to assemble, great user friendly remote and very well constructed. You may need another person to carry it to the room. I put the carton on a towel and slide it on our hard wood flooring. This is a good investment for comfortable positioning. Had it for two months now and very happy. I researched a lot and this was the best I found. I am actually using it with a bed from another manufacturer, nothing against ghost bed, just liked another one better.

Delivery was fast and I was able to pull the box into the house (heavy). I am a 56 year old woman. I was able to put the base together myself and about 20 minutes was able to lay down. The functions are usually only found on much higher priced models. I am thrilled with the purchase and feel like I got a great bargain too.

We have only had our bed since Thanksgiving so longevity is yet unknown but so far we are pleased with the platform. We are both bigger people and notice hesitation with the bed rising at times and our previous platform had no issues. The massager is much better than our previous one and we love the designated buttons for different regular positions. Overall we are very happy but will respond later er r with an update.

The best bed me and my husband have ever slept on! I typically like a soft mattress and my husband likes a firm mattress, we got the hybrid flex and neither one of us have had a complaint about it. We got the split king and being able to adjust each side to each of our liking is amazing. My husband use to snore really bad but now that he sleeps in the suggested sleeping position he barely snors anymore! I was hesitant about getting it but now that we have it I don't think we could go back to a regular mattress now. The massage feature is definitely a plus as well. You don't think you need it, until you have it and now I turn it on every night before bed. I would definitely say if your thinking about purchasing one, just do it! You won't be disappointed!

Ordered the Ghostbed Luxe for my aging parents and they absolutely love it- the mattress is not too hard, not to soft! My Dad says its the best sleep he's had in years! The white glove delivery agents were professional and very accommodating when there was a delivery schedule change requested. Don't be afraid to order this online- worth every penny!

Recently, my husband and I were lucky enough to enjoy a 3-week beach vacation. Our GhostBed topper arrived barely a week before we left, and we loved it! During our first week away, my husband began to complain about his back and shoulder while I missed our comfy bed, too.
