Bed and frame arrived separately. The frame arrived first and seven days later, the mattress arrived! I assumed when you ordered a “set” both pieces would arrive together? The mattress is like sleeping on a marshmallow. I called to complain about how soft the bed was, and I was told to remove the mattress and walk on it to remove air, and to repeat this process over the course of several days. Okay, nowhere in the “instructions” (on the side of the box), are you instructed to walk on the mattress over a period of several days, before installing it on the frame. I walked on the mattress a few times a day over the course of a week, and then drug the mattress back on to the adjustable frame, and saw little improvement. Also, there are no handles on the outside of the mattress, and I live alone, so removing a queen sized mattress from the frame by yourself is quite challenging. I must wait 30 days to return the mattress, and I’m like a little kid counting down the days before Christmas. I cannot wait to be rid of this mattress! If you weigh 95 pounds, it might be a great bed, but I do not. I’m 5’11” and weigh170 pounds. If you sit on the side of the bed it collapses to the frame, zero support. I sleep in the middle of the bed. The remote control is great, and the lighting/ illumination feature underneath the frame is nice. The massage feature is a joke, as the mattress absorbs the vibration and whatever movement you feel is very, very subtle.

Delivery of new split king beds was problematic to say the least. If delivery could go wrong, it did! Wondered if we would even get who bed, not just the bases! However, once received, White Glove Delivery was excellent. New beds sleep wonderfully well. Happy with purchase!

It took a week to find the best adjustments. I’m used to a 20 year old mattress lying flat. Since I’ve been diagnosed with esophageal cancer and a hiatal hernia. I have to sleep with my head higher than my chest. This bed allows me to find just enough elevation to keep the stomach acid down yet I am still comfortable.

For the past 2+ years, I’ve been sleeping on our couch because I needed to sleep with my head raised up some And our old mattress dipped backwards lol. It was so uncomfortable, but better than lying uneven with springs poking in my back. My sinuses drained, I tossed and turned, I snored (he snored!) and I didn’t get good rest. It took several days to adjust to the mattress, because my body just wasn’t used to sleeping good- I had to basically adjust to proper sleep, and find my correct position .... but now I sleep like a baby. I also used to lay awake for hours every night because of anxiety and insomnia... but now I Set my sleep position and turn that massage feature and zzzzzzz. OUT.

I got the ghostbed luxe king size with adjustable frame. To be honest, I'm not sure how amazing it is. I can't tell if I sleep better or not. The sheets are very nice. The memory foam pillows are just fine. I like the adjustable base. The cost was a lot and I sometimes wonder if it was worth it. All in all, I think I'm happy with it.

Have only had the king split mattress for a couple weeks, and we’re not very fond of the split king set up, so not sure we’re going to keep this. The sheets are loose and baggy being held in place by a 1” wide elastic section. Changing the sheets is a real chore! Additionally the mattresses (not the bases) have a tendency to drift apart which is one of the things we were initially concerned about and using it for these past couple weeks proves it is an issue.

I purchased the GhostBed Luxe & it's comfy, but a touch too firm for my taste & that's why I only gave it 4 stars. The adjustable frame is real nice, the lights & USB ports are a plus, so 5 stars for that. The pillows & sheets are very nice, so 5 stars for those as well.

The topper itself is comfortable but it's still way too hot dispite the cooling efforts. The patterns in the topper have alleviated a lot of discomfort I have in my ankles due to tendonitis, but not so much for my back. A decent topper compared to many others but not sure I would buy again.

I asked for a firm bed, and the mattress is quite firm. It took a couple of days for me to adjust to it, but I have been sleeping throughout the night now. The massage function on the base is very nice. I also got their sheets, and they stay on the bed at all times. They do t get pulled off from one side like the other ones I used to use. Overall, get bed for a great bargain.

Starting approx a year ago I injured my cervical spine and ever since then I have had the worst time with sleep. My neck and should and arms kills me in ways you would not believe. I have nr been able to use an actual for comfort since before this. Sleep was horrible woke up all hours of the night tossing and turning with neck pain and sever numbness in arms, neck, and head. Then I ordered this ghost bed. When i ordered it I had very little hope. But then something happened. Approx the 3rd night on the bed (because it takes a night or two to get used to changes) I slept all night long and with a pillow! Might I add. The ghost pillow they provided. I seriously cannot think the makers of this bed enough. I have a lot of hurdles I jump over daily but sleeiping is no longer one of them. It truly made me a little more happier. Thank you ghost bed! Consumers buy this bed you wont be disappointed. Sincerely not a payed actor to write a review. A very happy mother of three and hard working nurse.
