We got the split King , really love the bed so far. I think the shipping could use improvement, bases came a week before the mattress.

Remote came to me in timely j manner and works perfectly. It was expensive but it have to have it to use. We love our bed.

So far the bed is working as advertised but since the English manual was not included I'm not sure how to program the remote.
