Satisfied with bad once I can get into my bed I'm partially disabled and didn't realize how high it was having trouble getting up onto the bed and wasn't told that I could have gotten shorter legs for the bed so other than the shorter legs that I wish I had put on the bed I'm satisfied thank you who is my wife

The product was ok but the deliverary process was less than adequate. The base came one day, the cover for the mattress two days later and finally three days later the mattress finally came. They were all ordered at once but using the same delivery tracking code they were delivered on three separate days. The delivery process debacle shadows the product chance of sucess completely!

I bought a topper for a mattress I had made for my RV. I am happy to say that the topper made a comfortable mattress a lot more comfortable. I would recommend one. The process of buying the topper was easy and smooth. I appreciate their professionalism.

My wife and I decided we needed a mattress topper and after our research we chose the GhostBed Memory foam topper. When our topper arrived after several months (due to COVID), we were very excited; however, the topper did not work out. It is advertised as cool and firm but for us it slept hot and soft. Neither of us slept well and our backs became sore. We decided we would return it, however GhostBed responded that due to federal law they could not refund our money (toppers are considered personal use items). OK, it's my bad for not reading the fine print (only mattresses can be returned). Most reputable companies provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their products, so I was really surprised and frustrated when my request to return the topper was denied. Just make sure you review the fine print and are 100% sure the GhostBed topper is right for you. Unfortunately, there is no way to try it out without buying it. So the risk is all on the consumer.

We’ve owned the bed for about two months now, and are pleased with our purchase. Temperature regulation throughout the night is much better than our old box bed. Back and neck issues have almost completely disappeared. Watching TV and having coffee in bed in the morning are much more pleasant with the adjustable bed. The only con is the split between the mattresses. To have our cuddle time requires deciding which side of the bed we want to meet at.

Purchased the Twin XL Split King bed which came with 12' base legs however, my pups had difficulty getting on and off even with their soft pet steps. I was thrilled to see Ghost bed offers the shorter legs. These new shorter legs with the pet steps work like a charm and my pups love love love the new bed.

Bought the Split King with adjustable frames. My wife and I are so happy with this purchase. We sleep like babies now. I use the adjustable frame to and don't snore anymore. I also get relief from my long time GERD. The mattresses are are really very comfortable. I would say they are Firm but very luxurious. I would recommend highly.

I love my bed What I did not love was the time it took to get the whole bed My husband slept on his half of the bed for about two weeks before we finally got the other mattress I had to sleep in another roomtill the other mattress finally came. It was all ordered at the same time but shipping was terrible. Had a problem with one of the bases that was quickly taken care of but the mattress being so late was a terrible issue We were lucky to have another bed for me to sleep on

After we lost everything due to a house fire, I wanted to replace my Temper-Pedic mattress. Since Ghost Bed looked similar at a fraction of the cost, we thought we’d give it a try (especially because of the money back guarantee). I’m happy to report that we will NOT be sending it back! We love our bed so much and am so glad to have saved money on the purchase. This is such a great bed - the only problem is our children love it so much, too, and we have to shoo them out to their own beds.

So far we are pretty happy with the bed. It seemed the shipping was a little strange with boxes coming over almost 2 weeks to all get there so we could use it. This is the first time we bought an adjustable bed probably looking back we should’ve bought a split but I’m not sure we had room for a king so it’s taking some getting used to when he needs his side up higher than I do overall it seems to be very nice.
