Easy process. Put legs in and plug in and flip. We had 2 twin xl ship as large suitcase type do just unfold. Yes the mattress in a box doesn’t look right but it’s great. I have legs issues so having feet up is incredible for swelling and inflammation. For the price might as well order the mattress cover as. I went the next day and ordered since most in stores are same price. Would buy again

Dealing with increasing aches and stiffness upon waking, I decided to purchase a new mattress topper. My current mattress is about ten years old, and despite coming from a well known mattress retailer, lost all comfort within two years. I previously put some egg crate jobs on it, but I ordered a GhostBed topper after reading phenomenal reviews. Because it’s 2022, it did not ship quickly, and the shipping communication was sort of delayed when it did ship. The topper upon arrival was in a long box, rolled tightly in giant cling wrap and taped together. Due to it being frigid here, it took hours to warm up to room temperature. Even once warmer, it took a few more hours to fully un-compress. I draped it over a couch to help it “breathe.” You will want it to air out anyway because it has a strong plastic-y smell at first. The topper is generous in size compared to my prior foam eggshells, and no corners were uncovered on my queen mattress. I appreciate the included protector as well- it feels high quality, and has a nice texture. I currently have a fitted sheet, flat sheet, comforter, and 3M throw on the bed for winter. I don’t notice any exceptionally dramatic cooling properties prior to falling asleep, but I have not been waking up overheated much (which used to be a nightly event). For that matter, I’m not waking up as much as previously… mostly only if my cats have Baja races at 3am. Getting out of bed is tough, but it isn’t as achy. I’m happy I ordered this, and will probably consider the company’s mattress offerings when I seek to buy a new one.

I've only had this bed for a few weeks but I love it. The mattress is firm but it's a comfortable firm. I have medical issues and being able to sleep with my legs elevated has made a huge difference in my everyday life. I haven't tried the USB charging ports yet. If you're on the fence about this bed buy it. It's worth it.

So far our king sized memory foam mattress topper is performing as advertised. We purchased because my wife was waking up sore after a nights sleep on our 2 year old firm mattress. The Ghostbed memory foam topper immediately addressed her issue. The topper was easy to install and fits well on our bed’s mattress. As noted in the product literature, the topper does have somewhat of a “plastic” smell upon arrival but we let it sit for a day on our bed( without its fitted cover) which took care of smell. Therefore at this point I would recommend this product. I suspect that it is important to rotate the topper as recommended by the manufacturer.

I decided to get the adjustable base for my elderly mother as she sleeps better with her back elevated. Since I previously purchased a GhostBed mattress, I was already familiar & happy with the company so upon seeing their add for adjustable beds, I went with them. Delivery was quick, set up was easy (did take 2 of us to get it upstairs) and my mom has been very happy with it! Definitely recommend!

When my wife suggested getting an adjustable bed I told her that’s for older people. However, after sleeping in it for the past month I can’t for the life of me understand why we didn’t purchase one earlier. It is by far the most comfortable and convenient bed we’ve ever owned. It is on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for and then some. The sales associates were knowledgeable and courteous. The delivery was oddly fast for such a large package. Set up was easy. The after sales team were on point. The adjustable base is solid and the mattresses are perfect for us, about 6.5 out 10 firmness. If you are looking to upgrade sleep, this is it.

The settings are somewhat very complex because there are so many. Every aspect of the mattress is as good or better than what it is advertised. I am more than happy with the mattress so far. The platform itself seems to be very sturdy but it is light enough it slides.

After getting the COVID-19 booster shot back in December of '21, about 3 weeks later I started getting vertigo symptoms. Laying down flat seemed to enable these symptoms. I started piling up pillows to elevate my head, but couldn't really sleep comfortably, and couldn't turn over either. Now with the GhostBed, I can elevate my head comfortably and if I want to turn over, I can lower the head of the bed to a comfortable position. The Hybrid Flex is exactly what I was looking for, firm, but comfortable. Extremely pleased so far, have had the beds for over a month now and quite satisfied!

Was afraid it was going to be too soft as I like a firm mattress. Memory foam has always not been a good choice for me before. Too thin, too hot, lost it's support too quickly. But I took a chance on Ghost Bed's topper because of previous purchase of a queen size RV mattress and love it and the quality. Had the topper now about 3 weeks and I'm loving it. My old dog loves it too. She has never gotten on the bed when I wasn't in it. But now she gets up on the bed way before my bedtime. She's getting good rest on her old bones too. Thanks Ghostbed. Will not hesitate to buy your products again.

The GhostBed topper was purchased to replace one that I purchased at the mattress store and no longer seemed to be cooling. In the old toppers defense I am one of those folks who (once asleep) don't move, so although I noticed it was still cooling on the edges, the center wasn't as comfortable. I was drawn to Ghostbed because it stays put under the mattress cover and claimed to keep me cool on the memory foam mattress. It performs as advertised stays put and makes making the bed much easier than the previous topper. Time will tell if it eventually disappoints like the previous one, but for now I am satisfied, had it been less expensive I'd be thrilled, hence the 4 star and not 5.
