We did A LOT of research when buying our new bed and are so happy with this base. We ended up with a different brand of mattress, but this base was by far the best value for all of the features you get. Giving it 4/5 because the pieces didn’t line up when we were putting ine if the bases together and we had to force it with a hammer, and then a small piece broke off because of that, but ghostbed sent us a replacement part. The other twin base was super easy to set up and had no issues. Sounds like it was a manufacturing error. Overall love the base though!

Love everything about this base! The massage option is great but the zero gravity option is my favorite!! So relaxing! The USB ports underneath are easily accessible along with lights underneath. The lights are perfect for nighttime where they aren’t too bright but still give enough vision within your room!

Ordering was easy . All phones inquiries promptly answered in reference to product features or shipping. Mattress topper was "first night comfortable", required a short airing out period of a few hours, Did have to wait 2 months for delivery due to shipping issues due to pandemic. I had purchased an inexpensive topper in the interim, and what a difference when the Ghostbed topper finally arrived. Worth the wait.

My GhostBed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. It helps with my edema and also my allergies. I love it and would never want to give it up. The 6” legs are the perfect size for me since I’m only 5’1”. Thank you for making such a wonderful bed.

I’ve never spent this much on a bed and/or mattress before and it’s been worthwhile. The zero gravity position has helped my chronic neck and shoulder pain to a degree. I’m hopeful that progresses with time. I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea and the adjustable positions help with that, too. Customer service has been excellent and responsive to a shipping issue. Assembly was easy with helpers to do the heavy lifting. Im happy with my purchase.

I purchased the bed for my physically disabled adult son who has severe joint damage directly related from his blood disorder. Within days of setting the bed up; my son’s left hip had made such a huge improvement where for the first time in 10 years he had a completely restful sleep. It was as though he was a changed person and I am not exaggerating. His pain was almost nonexistent which normally he suffers with excruciating pain with his left hip, right shoulder, both elbows, right knee, and both ankles. With the massage feature it makes it possible for his body to get reprieve from the blood flow circulating properly which completely blows me away. Thank you, thank you thank you. I am very happy with my GhostBed. The mattress fluffed up very nicely. The bed was kind of hard to assemble. The 2 sections didn't quite line up. A few wretches and loosening some nuts and bolts helped it line up. I slept on it, very comfortably, from the first night. It had no odor.

I purchased the GhostBed adjustable base. I love it! But it was pretty high off of the floor....Which allowed my dogs to climb underneath the bed. I needed the bed height to be lower and I was very pleased to find that GhostBed offered shorter legs! If you would like your bed closer to the floor....These legs are for you!

The topper was listed as firm support for side sleepers on review websites. It did not turn out to be firm and my husband, who has back issues, could not coop with it. I called to return the topper and was informed that it was not returnable. They did tell me to turn it over and it would be firmer. It was but I would not have bought this if I had known it was not firm. I did not find it clear that it would not be returnable, most of the site boosts the returnability of their beds. I would only recommend this product if you did not want firm support.

Aside from a heavily damaged box with half the straps broken off, and a lot of the packaging on the inside being broken the product was in good shape. I never did find the bolts it requires in the instructions for set up, but the bed works find with some of our own
